How HubSpot’s Been a Game Changer

What do you like best about the product?
It’s very easy to use and keeps all my marketing work in one place from emails to campaigns — so I don’t have to juggle different tools. The reports are also clear, which helps me see what’s working and what’s not without wasting time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features feel a bit costly, and a few advanced tools take time to understand in the beginning. Also, certain customisations need more flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me manage all my marketing in one place emails, social media, and campaigns so I don’t waste time switching between tools. The automation saves a lot of manual effort, and the reports help me quickly understand what’s working, which makes it easier to plan the next steps.

Very poor service and internal processes, expensive platform and extremely complex to manage

What do you like best about the product?
Nothing to comment, it is a complex platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very expensive, you need to hire IT specialists to install it, and suddenly when we lost access to the platform, they tell us it takes 48 hours to restore access!!! There isn't even an email or phone support, and you can spend hours talking to their chatbot which is completely useless. Not recommended at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is commented via tickets and so on.

What do you like best about the product?
Its automation tools save a significant amount of time, while the centralized platform eliminates the need to switch between multiple systems. Email marketing, social media scheduling, and landing page creation all work together in one place, making marketing execution faster and more consistent.

While powerful, some advanced customization features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can be costly for smaller teams. Reporting can feel somewhat rigid if you require highly specialized metrics.

Easy to learn but small things make it complicated

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy email marketing, list building, and workflows are to learn and create. Things are straight forward and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects of connecting to other tools (ex. Salesforce), there are a few rules and scoring set ups that need to be clear. After some trial and error we can figure out when things don't flow correctly, but definitely should not trust the default settings after integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing, inbound scoring, list building

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create a new post and publish on my connected social accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is the lack of new social account integrations - tiktok for example is still not available even though it is a huge social platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time - Posting to multiple accounts at once.

What do you like best about the product?
Most features are sleek, simple and easy to understand. They are constantly releasing beta features and upgrades.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing I've found is not being able to pin comments on specific spots on landing pages, like you can for emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have actually been able to tie a revenue number to our MQLs and deal attribution. Also, turning around a landing page for a campaign is so much faster and more streamlined.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot Marketing is that it helps me keep track of who is interested in what we do. I can see when someone opens an email, visits our website, or fills out a form, which makes it easier to know when to reach out. It also helps me save time by sending emails automatically and keeping everything organized in one place. I can use cool tools like templates and live chat to talk to people faster and smarter. HubSpot makes my job easier and helps me connect with more people who might want to work with us.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don’t like about HubSpot Marketing Hub is that it can feel a little confusing or too big sometimes. There are so many tools and buttons, and it’s easy to get lost or not know where to find something. Also, some of the best features cost more money, which can be frustrating when you want to do more but can’t. Sometimes it takes a while to set things up or figure out how things work. I wish it was a little easier and faster to use all the tools without needing help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps me keep everything in one place so I don’t have to jump around to different tools. It solves the problem of not knowing what leads are doing by showing me when someone visits our website, opens an email, or fills out a form. It also helps me stay organized by keeping track of all my contacts and emails. Because of this, I can work faster, talk to the right people at the right time, and help our team get more customers. It makes my job a lot easier and more fun.

The UI/UX is seamless and easy to understand.

In the website or web page maker, form maker, and other several tools, HubSpot still need to improve in a way to give flexibility to users to create a platform that really wanted.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that all campaigns and workflows can be set-up and managed 100% in HubSpot. I also like how social media posts can be planned easily in HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot edit a social media post once it is created, schedule and published via HubSpot.

It is a one-stop place to manage everything regarding Marketing communication.
