A good CRM platform for Marketing

What do you like best about the product?
It's somewhat easy to setup, has lots of tools and settings for marketing requirements, provides some marketing automation features as well along with targeting personas, AI features, even including AI training to customise it according to need and requirements, tutorials for new joiners to easy learn it, customer support is good, I use it daily or on alternate days depending on need and urgency. Integrating it with various addons is a cool breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing, it's costly as compared to other crms, some settings are too much to learn and setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping in performing targeted marketing activities for leads and companies, provides automation and scheduling setup functions, AI features are a great help in creating personalised marketing emails and messages, provides a detailed analytics dashboard for tracking marketing efforts, results, leads journey, ROI, which helps me in creating a most relevant marketing strategy along with modifying it as per the performance reports, it even allows easy importing of data from other crms.

What do you like best about the product?
The aspect I most like about HubSpot Marketing Hub is the breeze AI component. I've only start looking into what's possible, but it seems to be very easy to setup a chat bot which can access knowledge sources based on uploaded documents or even webpages where we are already hosting our own knowledge articles.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a bit of a learning curve with HubSpot’s automation tools. Because the platform offers such a wide range of capabilities, it takes some time to explore, set up, and fully leverage its features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to setup workflows directly in HubSpot has been very useful. Usually if an organisation does not already have an integration platform setup, this kind of thing would not be possible. However, with HubSpot it can handle a whole lot of integration and automation using workflows, which can orchestrate different steps and even communicate with other systems.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, it's an effective tool for driving marketing success. HubSpot Marketing is a powerful, user-friendly tool that simplifies inbound marketing efforts. Its all-in-one platform makes it easy to manage everything from email campaigns to SEO, landing pages, and social media, with a strong focus on automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, has a comprehensive suite of tools and easy interface. However, its expense, steep learning curve, performance issues, and limited customization options can be drawbacks for some.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps streamline our email marketing process by allowing us to manage contact lists, schedule campaigns, and analyse performance all in one platform. This saves time and reduces the need for multiple tools.

Creating landing pages for marketing are easy and you get a lot of statistical data from HubSpot on every action which is a nice thing to have

What do you like best about the product?

I didn't like the difficulty i went through with creating forms.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot marketing hub is a user-friendly platform to manage leads and contacts with different lead source, it has information on when you have done the last activitiy, how many emails have been sent, what's the score for particular lead
What do you dislike about the product?
the deal tracking is confusing sometime, needs some improvemnt there

the pipeline building and management, becomes easy to track all the opportunities in one place and can easily nurture all the old leads

What do you like best about the product?
The range of tools that can be implemented for maximum outreach potential. I particularly like the email marketing functionality - with the ability to build dynamic mailing lists and monitor click-rates, etc for metric tracking and improving marketing techniques
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations that come based on the package you have purchased - particularly with reference to the number of users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring click-through rate, marketing communication engagement, etc to provide thorough analytical insights into what is successful with our target audience so that we can continue to focus on those formats, as well as being able to identify un-successful campaign styles (so as to avoid in the future). This has helped maximise our outreach potential in a short space of time.

GOod platform but poor communication and user experience consideration with updates

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use for marketing automation, website pop ups and landing pages. We can also build lists easily and it integrates with a lot of our other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
They recently have made large platform updates with poor communication about it and the updates are not always user friendly and there is not usually a satisfactory solution to fixing what needs to be updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us produce marketing assets with ease without having to always wait on outside resources for landing pages, emails, etc. It also allows us to deeply analyze all channels so we can create a robust strategy that takes advantage of our top performing channels.

Sometimes menu diving is a bit of a pain. The GUI needs a refresh also.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the automations I could do in Hubspot and also the easy way to connect others apps with Hubspot to win time and centralize the actions in Husbpot.
I feel comfortable too using in daily.

I dont find something I dislike in Marketing hub
