Billing mistakes cause financial nightmare.

You can reset your password with relative ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
After attempting to contact the billing department three times I have given up trying to resolve a double payment due two invoices in differing amounts being sent. Hubspot is now holding $30,000+ hostage due to a mistake they won't contact me about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of communications of all sales interactions, making sure we follow through on deals as they mature.

Ease of use for email customization. Drag and drop features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Specific features/user settings could use more thorough documentation. Was hard to nail down exactly what user setting made the 'manage access' feature of assets appear as this wasn't documented anywhere. Realized it was a super user setting, through trial and error with permissions. Templates/marketplace/CTA modules are dispersed, so it is a bit hard to understand options when certain features are located in different places. CTA options for pop-ups aren't shown on landing page templates, you must go to the CTA asset and create from there.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using HubSpot Marketing Hub as our central marketing platform, and it’s been a game-changer in streamlining how we work across multiple channels. One of the biggest advantages is how easy it is to manage all our marketing accounts in one place. From social media to email to website content, everything is connected. The ability to cross-post across platforms saves us time and ensures consistency in our messaging. HubSpot also integrates beautifully with our website, allowing us to quickly create and promote content without jumping between tools. Whether we’re publishing a blog or launching a new landing page, it’s all centralized and easily trackable. The real-time analytics dashboards provide valuable insights into campaign performance. We can easily track open rates, click-throughs, conversions, and ROI, all without needing to build custom reports from scratch.
Lastly, HubSpot’s customer support is top-notch, especially their live chat function, which has been a lifesaver. It makes a big difference knowing we can rely on real-time help when we need it.

What do you dislike about the product?
While the drag-and-drop email and landing page editors are user-friendly, they can feel a bit restrictive if you want very specific layouts or branding elements. More advanced customization often requires coding skills or developer support. The pricing also scales up quickly, especially as you add more contacts or need access to advanced features. It can be a barrier for smaller teams or those just starting out.

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us centralize and streamline all our marketing efforts, from managing social media and email campaigns to integrating website content and tracking performance. It eliminates the need for multiple disconnected tools, saving us time, improving team alignment, and allowing us to run more effective, data-driven campaigns.

Designing emails, forms, and landing pages is incredibly easy with a no-code interface. Visual workflows, lead scoring, and segmentation are powerful and intuitive. It empowers marketing teams to launch campaigns and automations independently, without relying on developers. I use HubSpot almost every day—whether it's reviewing marketing funnels, sending out emails, or checking a customer’s account history to resolve issues quickly. I like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how easy it is to implement—no technical setup or steep learning curve. Their customer support is also top-notch, always responsive and helpful when you need assistance. It integrates easily with your existing tools, making setup smooth and hassle-free.

The biggest downside is the price. For smaller companies without a dedicated inbound marketing specialist or agency support, HubSpot can feel overwhelming and potentially more than what you actually need.

I really appreciate HubSpot Marketing Hub's analytics dashboard, which provides comprehensive insights into our marketing campaigns. The integration capabilities with tools like Mailchimp, VoiceMampin, and Asana are fantastic, streamlining our workflow and reducing the need for excessive manpower in our small company. Overall, it makes our business strategy more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still not sure of any major changes needed, but I think having the campaign's view in various different formats could be more beneficial. Initially, getting used to the new system wasn't easy, which required hiring a consultant for integration and setup of different workflows and tasks.

I find the product tracks marketing campaign effectiveness and streamlines business strategy, reducing time and manpower requirements for our small company.

Great to get started with workflows and automations. Lots of great tools and unlimited personalization. Easy to use interface. For basic implementation, it's a breeze. Customer support has been helpful answering any questions. Only run into a couple questions that couldn't be answered or didn't have a way to facilitate our needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
For more complicated workflows, you may have to dive into documentation or work with the support team. I run into paywalls over and over. Most of the time it's not for critical features but still feels bad hitting them every time.
If I have multiple windows open with HubSpot and/or have spent time doing edits on emails, workflows, etc., the system can crawl to a halt and require me to close windows and reload to get my speed back.

HubSpot offers an all-in-one solution where I can manage everything from email marketing and landing pages to CRM and analytics in one place. The integration between different marketing functions is seamless, and having everything accessible at a glance is very convenient.

The user interface is quite complex and not very intuitive, especially for new users. Some features are hidden in menus or require too many steps to access. The design feels outdated, and the overall ease of use could be much better.

What do you like best about the product?
If you're just getting started in marketing or you're a few years in and looking to level up, HubSpot is a great platform to have in your toolkit. You don’t need to be tech-savvy to get the hang of it. The layout is clean, and everything’s pretty intuitive. HubSpot Academy has tons of free courses and certifications that are perfect for brushing up your skills. The interface is modern and easy on the eyes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free tools are great, but once you need more advanced features (like marketing automation or reporting), the cost can climb quickly. HubSpot’s CRM is great for small to mid-sized teams, but larger organizations might find it lacking in depth compared to other platforms
