A platform that has everything I've needed.
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Hubspot Marketing Hub is the fact that it is an all inclusive platform that eliminates the need to have tons of different services to run your business. It simplifies things so much.
What do you dislike about the product?
Basically it's how costly it can become once your business starts to grow. Don't get me wrong, if you're just starting out it's fine, and you can learn a ton. As you gain subscribers to your contact list, you will also have to be prepared for a huge price jump.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It integrates a whole bunch of separate moving business parts in return saving time and effort.

Variety of Options, can be used to send NPS for customer success

I think HS could have a better training module for the Marketing Hub
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us gain more insights as to how customers found our support, it also helps us gain insight regarding customer satisfaction score. Its well integrated in breeze AI.
A very powerful all-in-one solution, but with technical limitations
What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which you can launch marketing campaigns and automations without relying on developers. Its interface is very clear, the functionalities are well integrated, and it allows marketing teams to operate autonomously. Additionally, the visual workflows are very powerful and the lead scoring and segmentation system is very well implemented.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it has many functions, some are closed or not very flexible if you need custom logic or advanced integrations with your own APIs. Additionally, prices increase quickly if you need additional modules or many contacts. For technical users, it may feel limited compared to more open or adaptable solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest problems is its lack of technical flexibility: while it is very comprehensive for non-technical teams, it is difficult to adapt it to more personalized workflows or integrate it with complex internal tools. Also, the pricing model scales quickly if you need advanced modules or many contacts.
Perfect all in one tool for marketing and sales
What do you like best about the product?
Love the whole AI integration aspect to the tool now from forms to email everything but my personal favourite is reporting. The advanced analytics that it shows based on my selected variables + personalised dashboards so I don’t need to create anything outside of hubspot to show it to the stakeholders is a big win.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. I would love to see more and more AI though
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is helping me connect all my teams in one platform for reporting purposes. We don’t need to have meetings for me to show data across teams. Hubspot user friendly interface allows literally everyone to see everything and that’s a specific use case in my organisation

User-friendly UI and good integrations. It's nice to manage email campaigns and analytics in one place.

Advanced customization options are limited and reporting features are a bit clunky

It’s very intuitive, but also has a highly response chat that has a real person on the other end!

I wish it integrated better with our current systems, and the cost for the integration wasn’t prohibitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an easy way to email clients, including tracking, and landing page integration to track campaign success. We also needed sales cycle/funnel tracking that was easy to use from multiple devices as people are often on the go, with ability to export and analyze results. This has been all of that and more!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot is able to facilitate most marketing functions, i.e. social media, email marketing, etc. It easily integrates with most of the channels I use to perform daily tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it's easy to use and implement across most apps, it doesn't integrate with all of them. I still have to use other apps to manage other marketing functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The marketing hub helps me manage the scheduling and automation of our content calender.
I use it for lead tracking and keeping all record and share with team

With just one CRM I can get all I want from analytics, Lead tracking, follow ups , client conversation, updates and what not

I don't think there is anything that I don't like it is one the best CRM I used till now

I have al my marketing and analytics at one place whenever I need to see any past update HubSpot is the one where can go and get all the details , I can track each and everything from HubSpot, and collaborate with team as well
