Hubspot is really a one stop shop
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is really simple to use, there are elements that might need learning or understanding but essentially everything is as simple as it can be. The best thing about Hubspot is the indepth tutorials on both their academy but also so many youtube videos officially done by Hubspot that can answer your questions. They also as part of the subscription give you access to their learning academy where they teach you a lot of marketing and how you can bring it to life with their system.
Customer support has been great, you get assigned an account manager who is on hand when you need them and you can schedule a call with them at any time which is really simple to do.
I use hubspot pretty much daily, and that can be from checking out the marketing funnels, to sending emails or seeing history in our customer's accounts to help solve an issue they may be having.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the workflow set up can be quite confusing and also actually making and designing an email looks easier than it actually is. Sometimes it can be difficult to align and can get really confusing and frustrating and you're not sure what's going wrong.
Implementing brand fonts has also been an issue, you can add you own font but you have to go into right at the back end of the system. Considering Hubspot is a very WYSIWYG type of system, you can't use any other fonts than their default fonts unless you know how to code and a lot of people using hubspot wouldn't be able to code.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a one stop shop for our business. I work in the marketing team but Hubspot is used across sales, marketing and customer care. This means that if sales/marketing have done something and it's been logged in hubspot then customer care has access to all the notes and see what emails they've been sent, if they've received any direct mail and gives a greater understanding of the customer to our customer care team so they can help the customer quickly.
The form system as well is great, i have a number of projects that i build landing pages for that contain a form, and it collates all the data in that form category so i can deal with it when i need to. Also that if the customer already exists on our database, and they fill in a form, then it just gets added to their account and builds a bigger picture of the customer for us.

What do you like best about the product?
From lead capture to email marketing, automation, and CRM integration, it gives a complete view of each contact's journey. The intuitive drag-and-drop workflows make building nurture sequences effortless, and the analytics provide clear insights into what's working and what needs improvement. It's especially powerful for aligning sales and marketing teams, ensuring that no lead falls through the cracks. The ability to personalise content and automate follow-ups at scale has been a game changer for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model can get expensive as your contact list grows or if you need access to more advanced features — which can be limiting for scaling teams. Some customization options in reporting and email design are also a bit restrictive unless you move up to higher tiers or bring in development resources. Lastly, while integrations are generally solid, a few require workarounds or manual steps to fully sync with more niche tools in our stack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using it, we struggled with fragmented tools and manual processes across lead capture, email campaigns, and CRM updates. Now, we have everything in one place — from tracking the 70+ monthly inbound leads we generate through Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads, to nurturing those leads via automated workflows. The seamless integration with our CRM ensures our sales team has real-time visibility into lead activity, improving response times and conversion rates. Ultimately, it’s helping us drive growth while maintaining a lean, efficient marketing operation.

A Powerful All-in-One Marketing Hub for Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
As a marketing automation expert, I love how HubSpot brings all core tools including CRM, email marketing, landing pages, forms, automation, and reporting, into one seamless platform. The visual workflow builder makes automation easy to set up, even for complex journeys. Its personalization features, behavior-based triggers, and real-time dashboards help optimize campaigns quickly. Overall, it’s efficient, scalable, and incredibly user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback is the pricing, it ramps up fast as your contact list grows or when you need more advanced features. Some tools, like the email and landing page editor, can feel a bit restrictive in terms of customization. Also, lower-tier plans limit workflow capabilities, and certain native integrations lack the depth needed for complex data syncs. While powerful, it can still require technical support for more advanced use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us solve key problems around disconnected tools, inconsistent data, and inefficient lead nurturing. Before HubSpot, we relied on multiple platforms for email, landing pages, CRM, and automation, which made campaign execution slow and data hard to unify. With HubSpot, everything lives in one ecosystem; from capturing leads to tracking their full journey. This centralization has improved our lead qualification, reduced manual work through automated workflows, and given us clearer visibility into campaign ROI. As a result, we’re able to run more targeted campaigns, respond faster to prospect behavior, and scale our marketing efforts with confidence.
