What do you like best about the product?
The best part about HubSpot Marketing Hub is its user interface and seamless integration across CRM, email, and automation tools. It makes campaign management incredibly efficient and user friendly with other application sitting on top of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features and when you click on option, it ain't working good sometimes and it don't always load fast

What do you like best about the product?
Best thing about hubspot marketing hub is the imporing of contact and creating sequence for marketing automation.
Marketing automation has number of steps in the sequence and you can add multiple step, add reminder as well to do the follow up task.

least helful feature is the chatflow which is in the left side corner under services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the content which could create in the hubspot is rich and user friendly, you could easily create and manage the material created inside the hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
As a business with limited human resources, their workflows tools plays a key role in automating various aspects of our campaigns, saving us valuable time. Their reporting is also granular, making it very easy to track clicks, visits, customer retention etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's certainly not a plug and play system as many claims to.The only other dislike I had was the ongoing support, which wasn't as easy or helpful as they maybe could've been as its mostly bot based.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It have helped us consolidate multiple scattred tool in a single tool. Now are entire inbound and outbound strategy runs on Hubspot marketing hub. We have multiple nurturing flows, landing pages with forms, workflows designed to make this possible which would have taken huge effort to streamline multiple systems.

Interface feels clean and intuitive, so even if you’re not super technical, it’s easy to get things done
also really appreciate how many features are available in one place—email marketing, landing pages, automation—it’s all there
customer support has been great too; whenever I’ve had a question, they’ve been quick to help
use the platform pretty regularly, and the fact that it integrates smoothly with our other tools makes things a lot more efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that can be a bit frustrating is that some of the more advanced features are locked behind higher-priced plans, which might not work for smaller teams or businesses.

Hub has really helped us streamline and centralize our marketing efforts. Before using it, we were juggling multiple tools for emails, landing pages, forms, and automation

What do you like best about the product?
The most useful and helpful feature Hubspot Marketing Hub has managing the content and leads, you can easily import as many contacts in the platform, assign the algorithm and try to nurture your existing prospect, this prospect are GDPR complaint.

the pricing of Hubspot Marketing is nominal but still with number of license, there could be more discount, no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automation of entire database and client database, manging html mailer, create mailers, drafting whitepaper, scoring leads... alot of problem has been solved by Hubspot

If you send email marketing campaigns, you need to be using HubSpot Marketing Hub
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with Salesforce was extremely easy. Set-up wasn't difficult. The amount of educational resources that HubSpot has far outnumbers any other platform I've seen. The drag and drop email builder is a great tool for email marketing. The reporting/analytics on those marketing emails provides great insight into how your emails are performing. The customer support is responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can get confusing. Some key features are locked unless you move to a higher priced tier.There is quite a price difference between Marketing Hub Starter and Marketing Hub Professional. It can get pricey, especially if you need to pair with Content Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to using Marketing Hub, the company was using MailChimp for email marketing. HubSpot Marketing Hub makes email marketing easy, especially with Salesforce integrated. Segmentation is easy with the option to create dynamic/static lists. This platform has also enabled us to create forms that we can use for different events. The form analytics are easy to digest and provide valuable information. Previously, we would use generic web-based forms with no analytics behind them.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Hubspot is that it is beginner friendly and yet so powerful. It's features like email marketing and automation tool are quite easy to setup even when I am not from hard core technical background. It also makes reporting quite easy, all of them at one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pricing can get steep once the contact list starts growing. The free version is quite general. The cost rise quickly with features advancement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Hubspot tracking leads from various platforms was so difficult. Through this tool everything is streamlined. Even my marketing team is so motivated through weekly reports to work on pros and cons.

For my team, HubSpot Marketing Hub has allowed us to implement effective inbound marketing, attract and convert leads easily, manage our customers, and track it all in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside are the limitations on some of lesser versions. It is quite expensive for a small business like ours. There is also a pretty steep learning curve, but there is support for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The marketing hub has helped our business save time and become more efficient in that it has automated some of our more repetitive tasks (like emails and lead scoring, which then gives us more time to focus on strategy. It also simplifies our workflow by putting all of our marketing tools into one place/platform.
