Awesome all-in-one
What do you like best about the product?
I love that most marketing needs are already built into Hubspot. Email, landing pages, forms, live chat and more

Sometimes it lacks advanced features for some use cases

Live chat to interact with users, forms embedded on site and more

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is very easy to use and always reliable! HubSpot continually expands usage to allow for growing business to adjust and still meet the workflow/workload demands.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point of my usage, I have not found a glaring issue or concern.

HubSpot offers a supportive resource that helps us monitor effectiveness and productivity.
Complete and Easy to use CRM Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
What I most like about Hubspot Marketing Hub is that is very complete, with so many features to create workflows and interactions with clients, also easy to integrate with other plataforms, have been using it for 5 years and I am not leaving it, also the Customer Support is fantastic, so quick to response and Easy to implement and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you are staring using it, It might be a little bit hard to use it, but with time you will get use to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think this tool is helping Marketing Departments be more agile and effective, due to the robust Marketing Automation features that it offers, also is so good that this tool can be integrated with so many plataforms to make the contact with the customers simpler and more effective

Recently launched buyer intent - specifically the 3rd party data, is good

Events - no idea of why it is there in the marketing hub

What do you like best about the product?
combines email marketing, automation, CRM, landing pages, ads..avoid juggling multiple platforms like Mailchimp for email, Hootsuite for social,etc. It has drag-and-drop tools, helpful templates, Intuitive US I do not need to be a coder. Love the automated workflows and email sequences. Automation saves a bunch of time and of course scalable. Easily implemented and integrated with other tools, the customer support is prompt, and I use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major complaints, it is definitely user-friendly overall, but automation workflows can become complex when using multiple points.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using email sequences and personalization, messaging through templates and automated campaigns to keep up with everything I do. Seamless integration with HubSpot CRM so both sales and CS teams have a shared view of customer interactions. It centralizes contact data. In sales, conversion rates, campaign performance, etc. Scalable automation means I can manage 1 or 100,000 contacts with the same effort.
HubSpot is foundational for Marketers
What do you like best about the product?
I love that AI is built into HubSpot, and there there are features for landing pages, reporting, and working with the sales team. A lot of what you use has intuitive features making it easier than tools like Marketo. Implementation and integration with our instance of D365 wasn't too difficult either. I've only had to contact customer support twice in the past year because the in app help is very good. As the marketer for the company, I'm in HubSpot daily checking on campaigns, attribution and ROI. I love the Social integration as well, it's very easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is a robust tool so there is a bit of a learning curve, but working with a certified partner to get you off the ground and running is a great way to "learn on the fly" and start realizing value quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are just scratching the surface with HubSpot since our integration is less than a year old. We are seeing growth and attribution using Hubspot that we could not see easily before, or at all.
Integrated Marketing solution for Enterprise level customers
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about the Hubspot Marketing Hub is being an Omni channel platform, as everything is connected in one place. It make easier to manage things without having to switch tools. Not the cheapest but if someone is looking for a solid options which is featureful, than this is the go to option.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike here apart from the pricing. The workflows provide the complex scenarios building but if we want to go beyond the standard triggers you can start running the walls quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helped bring everything in one place for us, emails, landing pages, forms etc. We are now able to design complex drip paths for the customer nurturing based on the customer stages in the Hubspot CRM without having to work this on the basis of lists like bravo. The best perk of using an integrated marketing system is the ability to use it for end to end attribution reporting. So we can see where our best leads coming from the source. This helped us launch campaign faster and evaluate the performance all with hubspot itself.

Took a bit of time to understand the flows between salesforce and hubspot sync

Creating website landing pages that are more dynamic than our current website builder allows for.
