What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot marketing hub interacts seamlessly with our companies operations since we use Hubspot Sales Hub as our primary CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
We sometimes find difficulty in the reporting & attribution of marketing hub data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot marketing hub enables us to efficiently run marketing campaigns to generate more leads for our business.

What do you like best about the product?
Even for someone without a deep marketing background, setting up workflows and forms is intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
would be great if more advanced testing was accessible without upgrading plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were struggling with fragmented marketing tools — email here, forms there, CRM somewhere else. HubSpot brings it all into one platform, which has significantly improved our campaign efficiency and lead tracking. Since adopting it, our response times have gone down, and our conversion rates have improved through more consistent nurturing

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about HubSpot's Marketing Hub is the number of features and ease of use. When I joined my current workplace, I automated all their email processes using workflows and segregated contacts based on location. It helped us target our audience better.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit expensive especially for startups or smaller companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are multiple problems HubSpot marketing hub is solving for us. It helps us send consolidated emails to our customer segments in mass when required. We have also set up workflows which essentially act as a digital worker. Even if we are offline, potential customers and clients and reeled in via automated emails once they enter our website. This information is then captured on their contact record on HubSpot.

Central Management of Marketing Campaigns.
Ability to get insights from every single interaction with a Contact.
Marketing Hub keeps our clients honest in terms of seeking permission to receive marketing emails.
Combined with Automations, you can set up specific email sends based on user actions. And create effective drip campaigns.
Support - HubSpot has an around-the-clock support team ready to help.
As a service Provider, it is easy to implement Marketing Hub for Clients even when they do not have the technical skills to run it.
Recently set up integration between WhatsApp and Marketing Hub for a local client. Took me a week to create and manage the API.

What do you dislike about the product?
While HubSpot Marketing Hub is awesome, it can get pretty pricey as you scale. Some of the advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans, so if you're a small business or just starting out, it might feel like you’re paying for stuff you don’t need. Plus, the learning curve for some of the more complex features can be a bit much—especially if you’re not super techy.

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps solve the problem of scattered marketing tools by bringing everything—email, social, SEO, ads, automation—into one place. This makes it easier to manage campaigns, track leads, and see what's working. The benefit? You save time, stay organized, and get better results from your marketing efforts

While HubSpot Marketing Hub is a powerful platform, some advanced features, such as custom reporting or workflow automation are only available on higher-tier plans, which can be limiting for smaller teams or growing businesses.

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps me solve the challenge of managing multiple marketing channels by centralizing tools for social media scheduling, content tracking, and audience engagement.

I like everything in the hubspot, right from managing the user, scoring, automations, and email structure, lead integrations its hassle free.

Probably, its too highly priced for the smbs particularly marketing hub.

Our biggest challenge is keeping leads and marketing automation in one place, HubSpot solved it. Easy interfaces and integrations with any application made HubSpot the best in the market.

Additionally, while it's great for inbound marketing, outbound tools like cold email outreach are limited and need integrations.

It is an easy platform to send out mass email campaigns. I enjoy being able to format the emails in ways that are more visually appealing than normal email platforms.

While you are able to change the name on who the email is from, a lot of emails from HubSpot do end up in people's junk email boxes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s hard to generate, manage, and nurture leads manually. HubSpot offers automated workflows, lead scoring, and segmentation, allowing businesses to automatically nurture leads based on behavior and interests. This reduces the manual workload, speeds up the process, and ensures that leads receive the right content at the right time, improving conversion rates.
