A lot of options packed into one platform
What do you like best about the product?
Marketing emails, workflows — all the things that I can automate!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had an integration with Google Local Service Ads an the marketing email builder was more intuitive and had more templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps make updating contacts and deal in our CRM easier based on their lead source.
Great Features, But Still Room to Improve
What do you like best about the product?
Keep all customer communication, data, and tasks centralized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be overwhelming sometimes. Gets the job done, but some hiccups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped us stay organized and consistent with guest communications. It allows us to automate follow-up emails, manage contact details, and track guest interactions in one place, which makes providing personalized service much easier.
Simple to use CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the page builders and modules are very intuitive both in usage and in making your own custom ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is a bit all over the place, menu's feel a bit unorganized

It's very intuitive to make modules that customers can drag & drop into the page editor

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have all sales and marketing team members operating from one system makes it extremely beneficial to our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not always aware of new features that are released into the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps all marketing insights flow into our sales team, so they know the journey the lead has been on so far.
CRM for everything without being too complex
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hubspot builds in more and more services that slowly replace alternative vendors. For example most recently they introduced Breeze AI. One of the things that it does is capture website visitors that can be used as intent trigger point for targeted outreach
What do you dislike about the product?
The Breeze AI website visitor topic is great but still struggles sometimes with data in the European market where it works best in the US market for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Handle lead management for two ICP groups and handle nurtering our leads at scale with targeted marketing campaigns. Also tracks performance (e.g. of inbound leads and their sources).
A comprehensive tool to implement your Inbound Marketing strategy
What do you like best about the product?
Centralizing all marketing actions on a single tool and being able to track the performance of each campaign. (landing page, email marketing, CTA, pop-up, form ...)
What do you dislike about the product?
The features in form creation are limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Marketing Hub allows you to centralize Inbound Marketing actions on a single platform and easily connect with sales teams. The prospect's journey is smoother and tracked with dashboards.
Solid, flexible, and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is super intuitive. It feels like it was built for both beginners and power users. It also plays nicely with all the other tools we use, which makes life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it had more features for customer advocacy

It helps me strengthen customer advocacy and support product adoption by making it easy to send targeted emails, update content quickly, and measure what’s landing with different audiences, all in one place
A Whole New World
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly user-friendly and fun formatting that makes the necessary functions for analytics for our team exciting! We love how everything is getting tied together in a simple but effective process, and the reports really motivate our team better than our ineffective platform before.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of customizations needed to get it to where you need it to be for your company, but if you have an expert in the building, it makes it efficient. I haven't tried the learning hub yet, but I hope to soon!

It is helping us create our pipelines and get more information out of the information we already have.
Sales supporting marketing efforts
What do you like best about the product?
Clean, intuitive UI, It is easy to navigate, even if you’re only in it once or twice a week. Everything is logically organized, and I never feel lost.
Marketing visibility I really appreciate how I can see what marketing campaigns leads have interacted with emails opened, pages viewed, forms filled out, etc. It gives me better context before reaching out to an inbound lead.

What do you dislike about the product?
As someone who’s not deeply involved in campaigns, there are a lot of features I don’t use. It can feel bloated when all I want is to update a contact or check recent engagement. So of course the marketing hub is marketing heavy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Align the way the lead came in and provide additional context on the lead before I reach out.
A complete tool to centralize digital marketing
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how intuitive the platform is, even for new users. It has a clean, well-structured interface that makes it easy to manage email campaigns, automations, CRM, and social media from one place. The automation workflows are especially useful, and it integrates well with other tools. It’s a great solution for improving marketing team efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike so far is that some of the more advanced features require higher-tier plans, which can be a barrier for smaller companies. Also, there is a bit of a learning curve to fully take advantage of all the functionalities, especially when it comes to custom reports and complex automations. Still, it’s a powerful platform with a lot of potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is helping us centralize our communication with prospects and customers through conversational marketing. Instead of using multiple platforms, we now manage chats, emails, and follow-ups in one place. This has improved our response times and overall engagement with leads.
