A Salesman that loves Hubspot's Marketing features!
What do you like best about the product?
As a salesperson, it's easy for me to add content my marketing team has generated into my emails using features like snippets and documents. I'm also easily able to add photos and branding to my digital quotes from the same database, which gives a nice cohesive look and provides the best brand experience for my customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there are a lot of DIFFERENT databases built into HubSpot for just slightly different purposes, and sometimes that can make it difficult to find specific things I'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, I would have to download flyers and information from our internal data base, and that's a lot of data to comb through for a quick email. Oftentimes I would go without and just try to get by on my wits and charm alone - but data based selling with well branded content is much easier.
Hubspot is the best marketing automation tool in the market
What do you like best about the product?
Open a connection with thousands of platforms. It also allows automated email nurturing, lead scoring, list segmentation, and workflows. Another thing that I like about using Hubspot is the large knowledge base, academy with certifications, and active user community.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting module is very limited, so the visualization is not user friendly

Marketing Hub is the pilar for all our marketing campaigns, email marketing, nurturing programs, marketing analytics and lead management

What do you like best about the product?
The easy UI/UX. Whether you are a manager or a marketing specialist, you'll find and easy to use and quick UI/UX interface to manage your activities
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of graphical flexibility to build campaign and direct-email marketing campaigns. Unless you're familiar with HTML language of programming, you have few options to do good and creative campaigns. Same goes for landing pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First making Sales and Marketing talk. When we had different tool for each department, discussions and miscommunications were a daily activity. Now everybody sees eveything.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how everything is connected in one place. From email campaigns to automation and lead tracking, it’s all streamlined. It makes it way easier to manage marketing without jumping between tools. I also appreciate how intuitive the interface is—it doesn’t feel overwhelming, even with so many features. Plus, the reports actually give insights I can act on, not just numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that some of the more advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can be frustrating when you’re just starting out or working with a tight budget. Also, while the platform is powerful, it can take a bit of time to fully learn everything—it’s not always plug-and-play unless you’ve used similar tools before. A bit more onboarding or simplified setup for smaller teams would go a long way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps solve the problem of scattered tools and disconnected workflows. Before, we had to jump between different platforms for email, lead management, and analytics—which often led to missed opportunities or messy data. Now, everything’s in one place, which saves time and keeps our strategy aligned. The automation features are a big plus too—less manual work means we can focus more on strategy and creativity instead of repetitive tasks.
It has scalable architecture, and we manage all the marketing leads in it
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage whole data we have been using HubSpot for like more than 5 years now for all of out leads and automation works really well that we can just export contacts with putting advanced filters and do analysis on excel with simply pivot tables it's really smooth when we can have all the leads data from past then repeated demo booking and everything in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such but it would have been great if we could use the pivot tables inside the hubspot only , i know it's too much to ask for but it will be good to have feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything in marketing side I can take data driven decisions as a performance marketer for our client
Best CRM and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration and easy to use, now hubspot is integrating the AI tool also. Tracking in easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI suffers from PLG-upsell fatigue and is crammed with capabilities that are inaccessible to lower-tier customers

Hubspot has streamlined our marketing and sales workflows. Its intutitive, easy to adopt and keeps marketing and sales aligned across the entire funnel

Its very easy to use. I use it everyday. Whenever I have issues, Hubspots customer support is very helpful.

I think the way tickets works inside of the system is good but could be better.

Its allowing me to see all communication ive had with a customer and organizes it all in one spot. Which makes it easier to track down important information
Simple but with all the tools you need
What do you like best about the product?
Automated targeted marketing with personalised fields makes mass marketing that sounds genuine and personalised easy. Implementing this in my day to day was easy and I now use this daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ideally would like to see more intergration options

Automated Email and SMS marketing, in such a fast paced role, getting the right marketing out to the right people quickly in a competitive industry is hard
