I can't think of anything which I really dislike on a daily basis.

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing hub is great, the elements are intelligent and intuitive. It’s so easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to have full gated content, other than through access groups is very annoying. A login and verification process so that you can have content, landing pages and other bits that are private to members would be ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have real issues with commerce in our old system. Hubspot makes payments so easy and they integrate into the marketing collateral in an elegant streamlined way

the platform its self is so confusing, takes a serious amount of training, support never assist in fixing problems they just send you instructions that arent detailed. in a lot of aspects it makes our job harder

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes running marketing campaigns easy, effective. Having the ability to integrate other systems including platforms like ZoomInfo and our ERP makes reporting out quick and doesn't require us to spend time on manual workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Marketing Hub overlaps with other "Hubs" like Sales and Service. While it is nice to see what all of the other hubs offer, it can be misleading on what we have and what we don't have. It would be better to only see what we have available with our account and not displaying options that we only get if we pay more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub helps us with email marketing, landing pages, and database management. We also use it as our leads management system.

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing hub is easy to use. i am a sales person at a small company and need to act efficiently. being able to send information to prospects via marketing hub is intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of features that can be used wisely or mess up your hard work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
because we have so many contacts to send relevant marketing emails to so its easy to categorize and send the specific emails that need to be sent out

What do you like best about the product?
It really is our hub for customer data, marketing, communications and more. Our business is really built around hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost. And sometimes a bit overreaching trying to do too much. Which may be great for billion $ companies but not as much when you’re smaller.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It mainly solves the problem of containing all data in a single place.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how user-friendly and integrated everything is. From email marketing and landing pages to automation workflows and lead tracking, it’s all in one place. The drag-and-drop builder makes campaign creation super simple, and the reporting dashboards give clear insights into what’s working. It’s also great that I can connect it seamlessly with our CRM and social channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is the pricing as you scale. Once your contacts grow and you need advanced features, the cost can rise significantly. Also, while it's beginner-friendly, some customizations (like advanced reporting or integrations beyond their native apps) can be a bit limited unless you’re on a higher plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before HubSpot, managing leads across multiple platforms was chaotic. We had no centralized way to nurture leads, track campaign performance, or personalize communications. HubSpot Marketing Hub has streamlined all our marketing efforts—from email to automation—into one unified platform. It has improved our lead conversion rate and drastically reduced the time spent on manual follow-ups.

What do you like best about the product?
Having all of our customer contacts and orders in one system. This is much better than each account manager having their own system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization can be tricky sometimes, an the numerous help articles and videos often feel like going down a deep, confusing rabbit hole.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For sure our Marketing looks a lot more consistent now across the branches and emails.

Powerful All-in-One Platform - Worth the Investment for Growing Content Businesses

What do you like best about the product?
The comprehensive integration is what we needed.
After acquiring a company that was using ActiveCampaign, we needed a platform that could consolidate all our marketing efforts in one place, and Marketing Hub Pro delivers.

What stands out most is the lead scoring and automation capabilities. We've set up sophisticated workflows for inbound client nurturing that would have previously required multiple tools.

The email marketing is robust, and the new social posting feature has streamlined our content distribution across channels.

Having previously used HubSpot for 5 years, I can confidently say that the platform continues to evolve in the right direction. However, the support team is what truly sets them apart.
They're incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. I can't speak highly enough about their customer service.

The fact that we can manage everything, from lead capture to scoring, nurturing, and social posting, in one ecosystem has eliminated many integration headaches and provided us with much better visibility into our entire marketing funnel.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is more expensive than alternatives like ActiveCampaign, but the HubSpot team helped us with pricing and we got exactly what we wanted.

Multi-domain functionality is a HUGE problem and should be available for Pro.

This SHOULD be available in the pro package - that is my only real
disappointment.

Having to upgrade to Enterprise just for multi-domain support feels like an unnecessary barrier for growing businesses.

The main challenge we've encountered is with legacy content management. When we moved off CMS Pro, we've had some issues with old content that required extra time to resolve.

While the platform is comprehensive, it can feel overwhelming at first, especially for team members who are new to HubSpot. The learning curve exists, though their excellent support team helps mitigate this.

Overall, these are relatively minor drawbacks compared to the value we're getting from the platform.

Consolidating all marketing activities into one platform.
After acquiring a company that was using ActiveCampaign, we needed to unify our marketing efforts instead of managing multiple disconnected tools.

Lead scoring and automation capabilities have transformed how we handle inbound prospects. We can now automatically nurture leads based on their behavior and engagement, which has resulted in an uptick in our inbound conversions. Previously, this process was much more manual and inconsistent.

The platform eliminated the integration headaches we experienced with separate tools for email marketing, social posting, and lead management. Everything flows seamlessly together, giving us complete visibility into our marketing funnel from first touch to conversion.

For our content business with 10 full-time and 40 contract employees, having centralized reporting and campaign management has improved our team coordination significantly. We can track performance across all channels and make data-driven decisions much faster.

The social posting integration has streamlined our content distribution, allowing us to manage our social presence alongside our email campaigns and lead nurturing workflows in one place.
