What do you like best about the product?
It has a deep ecosystem which takes time to understand. The team behind it is blessed with insights and knowledge that allow a global community to foster.

Extremely helpful for coaching business!
What do you like best about the product?
CRM integration, user-friendly, detail orientated, generates income, works every day, customer service responds quickly, easy to catch on to for beginners and implement. Hubspot Marketing Hub is is extremely useful and user-friendly for our coaching program business. The automations are a huge win in my book! CRM integration is great. I love the free will I have with editing as well!

It is a financial commitment at first, but well worth it.

Helps nurture leads effectively, saves me time with automation, Generates customer acquisition
Moving in the right direction
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with our other tools and CRM is a huge perk for analyzing and organizing all data in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email marketing tools, especially forms and CTAs are not only outdated, but also confusing to locate, design, and implement. Although progress was made earlier this year with updates, still years behind other email marketing platforms with appearance and capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking customer journeys and touchpoints in one platform.

I like seeing all of my targeted contacts engagement all in one easy to read spot.

Sometimes it's a bit hard to figure things out if you're unsure where to look.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Hubspot, we had other platform which were not as user friendly.

Hubspot helps to streamline our whole sales and marketing operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, it is comparable to Salesforce, and I like the email sequences better with Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us to streamline our marketing efforts and allow our sales team to send consistent messaging with our marketing team.
Powerful sales integrations
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to integrate HubSpot across the sales and customer lifecycle with out-of-the-box automations and API-builder-friendly tools like Zapier so that the team can work from one central hub. Native workflows, list builders, and campaigns are intuitive, where we would need an SFDC admin to do the same with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
The arbitrary 'marketing contact' designation (as opposed to 'contact') leads to hidden fees- if you exceed your number, they automatically upcharge you to the next tier. It takes unnecessary work to manage this and feels like a bait and switch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With virtually unlimited custom fields we can segment our lists for hyper-personalized outreach
Good but expensive for small companies
What do you like best about the product?
I like having everything in one place and being able to attribute ROI all the way down to the ad click based on closed deals. This is huge for digital marketing. Their sales team is always willing to work with us come renewal time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's really expensive at the professional level. And the whole system is tuned for larger companies so it's often difficult to adapt for smaller companies. Their website forms also don't integrate well with Google Ads so you have to have a fully custom solution if you want to feed lead quality data back into Google Ads. Their customer service is average at best. As a small customer we don't have any dedicated support or manager. I have yet to find a help source that could actually help us use the system better. Lots of people with really shallow knowledge.

All in one marketing data platform. The connection between customer contact record, ad campaigns, and revenue is important to us.

There are so many way to do the same thing, really depends on how your brain works.

it can be cumbersome with alot of buttons

i think its pretty easy to use, easy to sequence people and create new sequences, i like the chrome extension as well which makes prospecting easier

Could be more unison among marketing emails, sequences, etc.

It is a seamless way to build and send marketing emails to thousands of contacts at once.
