There can be a steep learning curve if you don't have previous experience in email platforms. It's a bit tougher for beginners.

The best CRM out there!
What do you like best about the product?
Having your entire digital marketing toolkit in one place, rather than spread across multiple platforms, is a game-changer for efficiency and alignment across teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
If your marketing machine pulls in a high volume of leads, costs can easily get a little out of hand since you pay for marketing contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing our entire customer journey

What do you like best about the product?
Everything I need is in one place, and I’m able to launch campaigns quickly and as often as I’d like The HubSpot Customer Support team is available if any questions arise. The platform is pretty user friendly, so implementation is a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrating with some third-party tools required workarounds or manual setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot solves a number of “problems” the biggest, and most important always being “Why us”!
Great por MKT Teams

Its intuitive interface and all-in-one tools make it easy to manage campaigns, track leads, and analyze performance in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can be limiting for growing teams with budget constraints.

It helps centralize our marketing efforts — from email campaigns to lead tracking — improving team collaboration, saving time, and increasing campaign effectiveness
Comprehensive, intuitive marketing platform with powerful integrations
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub brings email campaigns, landing pages, social media, CRM, automation, and analytics together in one intuitive dashboard. Its visual tools are user-friendly, and native integrations with other platforms streamline marketing operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing tiers can become expensive as contact volumes and advanced feature needs grow. Some tools have a learning curve, and integrating certain third-party apps may require additional setup time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It brings all our marketing tools into one place such as email, social, automation, and CRM. This makes it easier to manage campaigns, track performance, and stay organized. It saves time and helps us engage leads more effectively.
A lot of potential, that the user might not even know about
What do you like best about the product?
Great forms, list building, and newsletters. The strength of Marketing hub is the same as the other hubs: you have all the data in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, the users of Marketing Hub dont get proper intro on the tool and what it can do, and on what is changing overtime, and might thus be using only 20% of its potential (like us)
I also dont fully get the purpose of having "marketing contacts" vs. "non-marketing contacts"
the UTM tracking features are not flexible at all and the UX is really low.
its a pain to work with original sources and to re-route them, as well as with "became [lifecycle X] date"
Putting Breeze credits on full-account make it hard to budget (what if i buy credits for Marketing Hub but my sales team uses it in the meantime?)

Orchestrating project across teams (sales can use information that came from marketing, and CS can also directly see it,... etc -> all in one place)
Happy customer of Hubspot Marketing Hub
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub is very easy of use and gives a lot of marketing opportunities. You can build powerful automations with it, which makes the life of a digital marketeer a lot easier. Thanks to the Hubspot integrations, you can make connections with a lot of other tools and softwares. Also the education possibilities with Hubspot Academy are very nice to have. If there are specific things you want to learn more about, you can definitely check them out in the Hubspot Academy.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this moment, I have nothing very big I dislike about Hubspot Marketing Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to automate our B2B marketing leads that we receive through our website. Right now, they are delivered to the right office in real time. Before, we had to forward these leads manually.
Hubspot Marketing Hub, a good tool for Marketing Specialist
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a very user-friendly tool. it got wide functionality, which as a marketer you will need in your day-to-day job, like email send, events, blog posts, landing pages, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is an excellent tool; however, for organisations that have a large amount of data, it lags. It is a perfect tool for SMB but not for large businesses
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Marketing Specialist, my day to day jon in love all kind of campaigns like email send, nurture campaigns, event campaigns, blogpost. for all this we not just use HubSpot but use other platform as well, and Hibspot integration with other platform is good, and the process is very smooth
Great for Large Organizations and Tracking Purposes!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can create content and track the content from clicks, to readership, and ranking the landing pages amongst each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I am unsure of all of the capabilities of the Marketing Hub. I know there are resources, but sometimes unsure where to get started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching our entire contact list and allowing to bring accessibility of our services. This Hub is also for logic forward an easy to build around the right parameters.
HubSpot has transformed our marketing engine
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub makes it easy to run smart, multi-touch nurturing campaigns without needing to manually follow up all the time. The workflows are incredibly powerful. We use them to automate email sequences, segment leads based on behavior, and trigger actions that match where each contact is in their journey.
What I really like is how clearly it connects our marketing efforts to sales outcomes. We can see how people are engaging, what content actually drives action, and which leads are heating up. Having all of that in one place helps us prioritize and personalize our outreach.
It's not just a tool for sending emails. It’s a system that works in the background, based on logic we can trust, and it gives us insights we can actually use. For a small, distributed team like ours, that kind of support makes a huge difference.

What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest challenge with HubSpot Marketing Hub is that it can feel limiting when you're trying to build more advanced or custom workflows. The logic builder is solid for most use cases, but if you want to do anything beyond the standard triggers or branching logic, you start running into walls pretty quickly.
It’s also tough to keep things organized at scale. Once you have dozens of workflows and lists running, it’s easy to lose track of what’s live, what’s connected to what, and what might be outdated. Some better workflow documentation or version control features would go a long way.
Overall, it’s a great platform, but once you start pushing the edges of what it was built to do, you start wishing for just a bit more flexibility.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps us stay consistent with how we nurture leads and keep them engaged over time, even when we’re juggling a lot of opportunities. It solves the problem of leads falling through the cracks by giving us automated workflows that are easy to manage and personalize.
We’re also able to better align sales and marketing because everything lives in one place. We can see how contacts are interacting with our content, which emails they’re opening, and where they are in the funnel. That gives us better timing, more relevant conversations, and ultimately, more closed deals.
It’s helping us scale our marketing efforts without needing a massive team, and it keeps our messaging clear and consistent from the first touch all the way through to the handoff to sales.
