What do you like best about the product?
all-in-one platform approach and User-Friendly Interface
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost Can Escalate Quickly and Some core tools (e.g. smart content, advanced automation, revenue attribution reporting) are only available in higher-priced plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many businesses use separate tools for email marketing, CRM, landing pages, and analytics, which causes inefficiencies and data silos.
HubSpot's Solution: Brings all tools into one unified platform — email, CRM, forms, automation, analytics, SEO, and social — so you get a complete picture of your marketing performance.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Everything a marketer needs is combined into one cohesive platform: social media management, ad campaigns, and robust analytics with customizable dashboards. There's also the newsletter feature, making it simple to select and target specific contacts. The beauty is how all these components work in harmony.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just a few social media options, Sadly no Google My Business, So we still need to use another tool for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Forgetting idea's what to post or to publish in the newsletter, its really well organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything under one place, whether it's email marketing, lead nurturing, automation, or landing pages, it’s all seamlessly connected. Also, the reporting is really clear — I can track what’s working and what’s not without digging through multiple tools or spreadsheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Heavy pricing and documentation aren’t beginner-friendly for those deeper functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s solved the mess of using too many tools. Now everything — emails, automation, tracking — is in one place. It saves time, makes follow-ups smarter, and helps us run campaigns way more smoothly.

Efficient anduser-friedly

  • June 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
How intuitive and user-friendly, even for junior teams it is, seamlessly bringing email marketing, landing pages and automation workflows together. The integration with CRM means marketing and sales are always aligned, which improves both efficiency and results.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing and marketing contacts management can become a challenge as your contact list and workflows grows. As you pay for a limit of marketing contacts (those that can receive emails) and they can only deactivated at the end of the month it becomes a bit complex to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing, mostly email marketing, automation at scale using CRM data.

Powerful All-in-One Marketing Solution for Growth

  • June 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The automation workflows are incredibly intuitive and powerful—saving us hours every week. I also love how seamlessly email marketing, CRM, and lead nurturing integrate within a single dashboard. Their reporting is super detailed and helps us make data-driven decisions quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can be steep for growing teams, especially when scaling contacts or upgrading tiers. Some advanced features are locked behind higher plans, which may limit early-stage companies from fully leveraging the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has helped us streamline fragmented marketing operations into one unified system. Before HubSpot, managing campaigns across email, landing pages, forms, and CRM involved multiple tools and manual syncs. Now, everything is automated and centralized—resulting in better lead nurturing, improved conversion tracking, and faster campaign execution. It’s also been critical for aligning our sales and marketing teams by giving both access to real-time customer data, which has significantly improved pipeline visibility and closed-won rates.

Loving the HubSpot Marketing Hub!

  • June 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I probably would recommend it. It’s been really helpful for keeping everything in one place — emails, landing pages, analytics, all that. It’s pretty intuitive once you get the hang of it. I will say it’s not the cheapest option out there, but if someone’s looking for a solid marketing tool and can make use of the features, I’d say go for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much to dislike, but if I had to pick something, I’d say it can take a little time to fully explore all the features, just because there’s so much available. Also, depending on the plan, some advanced tools aren’t included right away — but that’s pretty standard with most platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s really helped bring everything into one place — emails, social posts, landing pages, contact management — so I’m not jumping between different tools all the time. It’s made it way easier to stay organised and track what’s actually working, which saves a lot of time and helps make better decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
Workflow automations and forms with landing pages
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be buggy, not every logical thing is there
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Forces you to rethink "what" you are trying to accomplish and put all the pieces in place from a landing page, capturing form information, what to send to who and why. Then after the analytics of the engagement and ROI.
