I like the way amount of customisation we can do for marketing purposes like running the campaigns, creating the audience lists and more

Some it is hard to connect with some of third party ads platform like Microsoft ads, Tiktok ads and more

It help to create the Marketing Automations based on there customer journey which allow our customer to reengage

Solid Tool for Marketing Automation and Time Management
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot was easy to implement and tie into our other systems, like ZoomInfo.
HubSpot's Marketing Tools enable a single marketer to manage a multitude of necessary tasks efficiently without incurring excessive time spent. It's automation and AI helping tools create a wealth of content quickly, schedule it easily, and cut time-to-publication to a fraction of the time. Since we use it multiple times a day, it allows us to be highly efficient and effective with each task.
Having everything managed using a one-stop shop tool like this enables tracking of all data from each task in one place. We appreciate the dashboards for displaying the most critical items at a glance. The webpage creation tool is also quick and easy to use to build landing pages and websites without coding. Because we manage multiple brands at once, the new Brands module allows us to use one sign-in to manage all of them with ease.
We recommend HubSpot to all of our partners because of its friendly UI and its exceptional customer support.

What do you dislike about the product?
The newest tools are still in beta testing, so we expect some of the dislikes will be eliminated once those are fully developed. The lack of a separate brand voice between the highest-level brand and the sub-brands causes some friction. The onboard AI components are progressing, but we believe they require further development to compete with established tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management is the top issue HubSpot solves. Until we have more specialized task marketers handling social, blogging, digital advertising, web, and analytics tasks, I am more capable of handling these multiple tasks on my own. Point solutions are never th best way to manage all of the areas for me, so we look for multiple marketing tools that handle it in one place with completely integrated analytics and resporting. HubSpot does that for us. AI tools and marketing automation allow me to manage tasks and create content efficiently, saving time and effort that would require more people. Cost is also a factor. HubSpot works with us to make the tools affordable without sacrificing functionality or benefits.
It’s so intuitive—even non-tech folks can navigate it easily.

Everything I need is in one place.The drag-and-drop editor makes designing emails and pages a breeze.

I’m not confused when setting up a workflow.

Useful product, but incredibly tiered
What do you like best about the product?
I'm building out an automation pipeline to better serve our customers in program planning; features like Lists and Sequences are helpful to do so with the CRM
What do you dislike about the product?
Strongly needed functions like cc optionality in emails sent has been a feature request for years now and there doesn't seem to be fast enough movement from the Hubspot forms. The data structure relationship connections and options for Workflows are painful and often need round-about workarounds in order to get information submitted to a Form associated to an existing Ticket with an associated company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to segment our customer base and host important contact, company, and ticket data in a CRM massively helps over spreadsheet workflows
Best all-in-one inbound marketing solution
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it does everything. Hubspot integrates all the marketing solutions a business needs in such an efficient way. They have templates for everything, from email marketing to landing page builders. It's also great for small businesses and individuals in that they have an academy where you can learn everything for yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing, Hubspot is a bit pricey, especially when your business grows bigger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of menial tasks and consolidating everything into one centralised platform which has saved me time, improved workflow efficiency.

Hubspot has markedly simplified our marketing by allowing everything to be managed in one spot

The downsides are the price increases and the constantly changing inclusions in packages. Seems a money grab at times and surely they are making loads.

How to communicate to customers consistent and clearly across marketing channels

Our marketing team can create tasks and assign them to sales people which makes it simpler for them to complete. Asking sales people to handle their own marketing has in past not been successful since they don't know where to start

It doesn't speak to our CRM, so there is some doubling of work when using it

We're unifying our marketing approach across the organization, and we're analyzing what was successful and what was not so that we can modify future campaigns
An all in one marketing tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub is a prime example of an easy to use tool. Navigating around and setting up campaigns all feels very intuitive. Creating emails is a breeze with the drag and drop functionality of it. A huge bonus is that everything has a cohesive look and makes every aspect of the campaign flow together.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the starting plan is very price efficient if you need to go in depth for anything it starts getting very pricey pretty quick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem with our marketing campaigns was that every item was in a separate location. Now all aspects of our marketing efforts are in one place and easy to find.
