What do you like best about the product?
Great for businesses looking for a scalable, all-in-one inbound marketing tool with solid automation and strong CRM integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just make sure you're using enough of the features to justify the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps us move faster, stay organised, and focus on what actually drives results because of ease of ab testing set ups across email and landing pages. It’s also given us better alignment between marketing and sales, and more clarity on what’s working.

HubSpot Simplifies Campaigns but Needs Some Refinement

What do you like best about the product?
As a higher education professional managing newsletters, invitations, and key messaging campaigns, I appreciate how HubSpot’s email templates streamline repetitive tasks and help ensure consistent branding across communications. The ability to track engagement metrics—such as opens, sends, and bounces—has been particularly useful for refining strategy and understanding audience behavior.

For one-off announcements and outreach to specific segments, the platform makes it easy to quickly spin up a polished message without needing a designer or developer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite its strengths, the drag-and-drop editor can feel clunky, especially when trying to reposition blocks or sections. Image handling is one of the weakest features—uploading and inserting photos is unintuitive, and the lack of built-in cropping or editing tools often requires going back and forth between external editors and HubSpot.

Additionally, it’s difficult to understand why certain contacts are excluded from sends. There’s little visibility or clear logic offered in the interface to help troubleshoot exclusions, which is frustrating when trying to ensure key messages reach the right people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps solve the challenge of delivering professional, timely, and trackable communications to a wide range of internal and external audiences. In higher education, it’s critical to reach students, faculty, partners, and prospective applicants with relevant messages—often on short timelines. HubSpot makes it easy to build and reuse branded templates, saving me significant time and ensuring consistent visual quality across newsletters, event invites, and announcements.

It also provides visibility into engagement metrics, allowing me to track open rates, bounces, and sends to understand what’s resonating and where follow-up may be needed. This has been particularly helpful for improving our outreach strategies over time.

While I don’t use the CRM features, HubSpot still supports campaign tracking and segmentation well enough to manage basic audience targeting and performance review—bringing more structure and professionalism to our communication workflows.

Loving Hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot Marketing Hub has been essential for us as we've launched website forms using HubSpot, conducted email campaigns, and managed social media. We've also been able to easily create landing page. The ease of integration and ease of use has been crucial for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was a bit easier to manage new contacts coming in from our website forms. The spam or confused contact that fills out the form is moved into our contact database and is a bit difficult to find and remove.

What do you like best about the product?
Im using essential version of Hubspot and track my follow up and pipeline in the tool. I am currently managing 5 project and 6 BDs. Their daily log i update and track my progress. I get the visibility on urgent follow ups and champion leads and reduce funnel. Better than tracking from Excel and google sheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much as I am new to this platform. have used smartlead, instantly, apollo, salesforce, paragon, SFDC, confluence. every tool has a unique capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
for sales people this is a helpful tool for better visibility. sheets are complex and often missout on updating each detail. This is time saving. no color coding required. for starters it is solving my sales pipeline visibilty and I can assign leads to my BDs and ask them to work upon.

During huddles and team meetings this creates good impression for data representation compared to sheets.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is easy to use, and allows us to bring all of the key components to one place so we can implement and execute our goals. This has been a game changer in our marketing automation process because it's turnkey to implement and integrate with our process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features that you have to be very strategic in your thought process in how you want to see each part thru.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all of our data in one place allows us to pull and push arbitration reporting back to us so we can educate our C suite on the successes we are achieving.

What do you like best about the product?
Transitioning to HupSpot gave my team so many new options and ways to reach customers. Having everything all in one place has been a massive advantage for us and has saved more time than we could have ever anticipated each and every day. Integration and Implementation have been smooth and easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features it does take some time to fully understand what you can do. Support has been great to help understand what we need to do to better use the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot basically made using multiple tools into one tool. No more going to multiple platforms everything is in one spot. This has given us time to focus on other projects and explore other opportunities.
