I love how user friendly it is and it’s been a powerful tool to keep our clients engaged

That you can’t send automated emails without a workflow

It’s solving company awareness with our existing clients and enhancing customer experience. The automations are Making it easier to scale without adding more resources
Better built for e-commerce than B2B
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's email capabilities are great for sending marketing campaigns and segmenting lists. Customer support is easy to access and helpful when we need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of tools, like advertising, that are not useful to my business since it's a wholesale channel. We also wish we could run email flows for customers that use their shopping data, but don't have those capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's how we're sending email marketing campaigns for our wholesale customers, and it's beneficial to do it this way since our outreach and lead generation is done through templates and automatic sequences. We can use the data captured and entered during that process to help segment customers to receive our email marketing.
Not User Friendly

It has a broad spectrum of capabilities.

It is very difficult to use and find items in.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's platform simplifies designing landing pages, emails, and forms, effortlessly linking them to campaigns for easy analysis. This seamless integration between sales and marketing activities provides clear visibility into how visitors progress through the funnel to become customers.

The core challenge lies in data integrity: while powerful, the system's insights are only as good as the data entered, and lists can quickly become disorganized without consistent upkeep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Historically, sales and marketing teams often operate in silos, leading to friction, missed opportunities, and inefficient lead handoffs. When using Hubspot, we are all using the same CRM database, which provides a unified view of leads, ensuring seamless handoffs and shared understanding of prospect activity.

Able to create personalized email templates

Hubspot confuses email sending with email marketing. My email sends were blocked because of this.

I really liked this tool, but after the email blocking, I became disenchanted.

What do you like best about the product?
Getting all of my data in one place. Leads, SEO, website publishing, etc. Even things like file management and workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Website editing can be clunky. Mobile optimization in particular can be a headache.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved the need to juggle multiple software suites. Our entire company uses it from the moment inquiries come in until a deal is closed, and every step of the way is visible.
