A great option for a business of any size

What do you like best about the product?
The automations and workflows are great. It's extremely easy to integrate your existing data and then to set up campaigns. My business runs on it every day and it's very easy to get help if you have questions
What do you dislike about the product?
There's SO much that you can do that sometimes you can get a little lost
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot eliminated all kinds of spreadsheets. Now we have a central repository and an easy way to see what is happening with all of our leads and customers.

I love the all in one place to run my sales team. I also think Hubspot is always open to new ideas and checking in with their customers.

More AI would be great but I feel they are improving.

Great builders for forms and emails!

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hubspot Marketing Hub to build email newsletters every month for clients, and it has always been easy to use and intuitive to use the builder. Building forms has also been easy as well, with good logic features and easy integration into Hubspot websites.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using properties in forms was a bit confusing at first, since every form question needs to have a property associated with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides easy channels to build emails and forms for a variety of purposes, including building out surveys, collecting user data, and gaining leads from landing pages.

The benefits of HubSpot

What do you like best about the product?
I love seeing a holistic view of a profile and being able to have all the info I need. I've used HubSpot both in sales and marketing and the ease of use combined with the power is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social media management leaves some to be desired. I think you quickly hit the limit with this part of the hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's bringing all of our marketing data into one platform that allows us to measure and manage effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot marketing hub is very customizable. We have been able to work with it and manipulate it to suit our businesses needs in the service industry. The URI and UX has also come a long way in the past four years that I've been using it. HubSpot is constantly improving which is nice to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides. At the beginning the UI and UX was not intuitive and very challenging to learn and teach my teammates how to use. My boss is still intimidated and doesn't use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot keeps everything organized. I especially love the task features, how easy it is to coordinate amongst my internal team members, and how much detail I can add into customers profiles.

What do you like best about the product?
Connecting the marketing funnel to the sales funnel is hugely helpful, so that we can better enable lead scoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as easy to use as I would like. Difficult to find a way into it when you are new to the software. Would love a more user friendly customer experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us to identify our customer journey and improve the seamless touch points between marketing and sales.

HubSpot Marketing is Decent

What do you like best about the product?
Form creation is one of the better aspects of the Marketing tools, which allows you to easily make any type of form to gather data directly from customers. Overall, HubSpot is easy to navigate and pretty intuitive, however, it has it's oddball quirks that lead to extra work or work arounds. Everything is customizable to some degree.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, the onboarding / training process was not very helpful. I feel as though we got sidetracked with a lot of features that did not help with what our goals were, and the reps did not know their product's features very well. The worst part about HubSpot was having to learn everything by ourselves, with very little true assistance from reps. We were told a lot of things were not features in HubSpot, to later find them ourselves. As far as the platform itself, the main downside is just learning HubSpots workflow and trying to adapt to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Decreases time-spent on creating marketing email campaigns, allows for easy analytics, and creation of forms solves our main problems.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes marketing automation as simple and do-able as possible. The most intuitive but incredibly powerful software I've used in this regard.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some functionality you need to expand out to other "Hubs" or use "add-ons" for things like SMS marketing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The hub is solving the problem of having a cohesive marketing system that easily integrates with CRMs, websites, reporting software etc. Allows us to create and track campaigns holistically.

What do you like best about the product?
At LNA Solutions, we sell highly technical steel connection products, so it’s critical that marketing and sales work in sync. HubSpot makes that easy. We use it to track every touchpoint—from Google Ads to form submissions,and ensure the sales team gets high-quality leads, already enriched with company info. I can quickly launch targeted campaigns, measure performance, and tweak things on the fly. The real-time visibility into deals and contacts has completely changed how we manage our pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced functionality, like custom objects or deeper reporting filters, requires upgrading to higher tiers. It took a bit of upfront work to fully customize it for our workflows at LNA, but once we built out the system, it’s been extremely smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before HubSpot, we had scattered systems and limited visibility into how marketing was impacting sales. Leads weren’t always followed up on, and we couldn’t accurately connect ad spend to deals. Now we can see exactly where our best leads are coming from, track their progression through the pipeline, and prioritize outreach accordingly. It’s helped us close more deals faster and make better decisions about how we spend our marketing budget.
