Great tool for full funnel marketing management and reporting

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a truly powerful all-in-one tool to manage marketing comms, from one-off emails to workflows, social media scheduling and asset storage. But its value is mostly from integrating with the rest of the Hubspot suite, so you can use sales insights, contact data and reports to segment and target the right audience at the right time, with the right comms, through very powerful automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting the most out of the system is bit of a learning curve. You need to get familiar with how Hubspot properties work to be able to target the right segments and build the reports you need. But once you've mastered it all, it becomes an invaluable tool to prove the value of marketing initiatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it super easy to find the right contacts to target for different marketing campaigns thanks to the data collected, stored and organised on those contacts. Otherwise it would be impossible for us to run the highly targeted campaigns we need.

Lots of integrations available with a powerful forum of user based content.
Great knowledge hub of courses.

Expensive as you scale.
You need to purchase more Hubs to get the most out of it.

What do you like best about the product?
We were trying to solve Customer Lifecycle Journey's anbd HS UI and capabilities made it easier. Execution was fast & reporting was superior.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with ChurnZero can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, my job is customer lifecycle emails- Which HS is doing well. It could do more with Churn Zero integration.

What do you like best about the product?
One source of truth! We transferred our databases into Hubspot a few years ago and it has been a game changer for us getting us out of spreadsheet land!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit confusing - we struggle getting other departments to adopt it as they don't initially understand it. Can be a bit of a steep learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a large membership database - we have automated all their renewal notices and invoicing. We also communicate regularly with them through EDMs

What do you like best about the product?
UX, functionality, reporting features. Easy to build lists and forms, nice templates for different usecases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frequent changes in interface makes it confusing. Not that easy to use when integrated with other CRM than native.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data collection and analysis. Data-driven marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simple interface, the easy to implement software. I have been using HubSpot for some years now on a daily bases for marketing Hub and I find it easy to navigate and use.
there many features that one can use to understand your business sales and marketing activities. Its important of course that you have guidelines and structure. HubSpot has great resources and customer support if anything is not clear they try to guide you and provide you with solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally don't have any specific thing, and I think it depends on your business and how you want to read information in the system. What you want to input vs what you want to get out. Be sure to read all the values you get with the tier you sign up for -it might get a bit expensive. but overall worth the investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building Landing pages, pop ups, forms and automations that save us so much time. Email marketing also in HubSpot is easy to use and helps us be efficient with our audience

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using the automation features as it saves my team so much time. Your able toto essentially set it and forget it!

My company uses a lot of hubspot forms and setting up workflows after one is completed works out perfect and helps qualify the leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take a little bit of time to create the reports so you can interpret your data. I had to watch a lot of Videos to create the reports for the info I wanted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of spending too much Time qualifying leads. By using HS marketing it’s automated the process and frees up multiple hours each week!

What do you like best about the product?
Understands the art of selling, thus is not just a tool for exposure but for informative, personalized communication that can attract prospects.

It is easy to get started, and has good integrations, if needed.
