Great tool for Marketing purposes
What do you like best about the product?
It's great to run campaigns and sending mass emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's kind of expensive, but it's worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're running our marketing campaigns, and using sequences to reach out to qualified prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot can be the perfect and one in all tool for a Marketing firm. No matter what are you looking for from Landing pages to Forms, CRM lead Generation, Email marketing, or working with workflow, creating Campaign. You get everything in Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had used it in past, it was too difficult to get connect with the support team if you need help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that was solved by Hubspot was the Automation part. Creating Campaign and getting analytics data

What do you like best about the product?
One the best things about Hubspot Marketing Hub is it's workflow to streamline potential leads that come through. I am an employee for an inbound sales company and Hubspot's integration with this improves efficiency and ensures that all parts of the company rather marketing, sales, customer service, or operations has a detailed unified view.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that the one thing that I dislike about Hubspot Marketing Hub/Hubspot in general is that it gets really expensive, very quickly. The more contacts you have within the company, the more things you may need as far as reporting, the more tacks onto your bill and it really is the only downside of this CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the need to have several different applications for all parts of the company, including email, booking, reports, marketing, etc. It really is an all in one.

The segmentation process and the facility to use the platform to create more content and use to really increase the engagemenet with all of the customers

Some of the capabilities on the platform to create some configuratiosn on the report or in the forms that i think they need to complement that part because another platforms or systemns has this criterias

Th segmentation for all the customer journey to create a custom proccess for each person and this has an impact in the converssion givin more engagement with the company and the product

Of course, this all depends on the HubSpot tier that you have, but even at the free and starter levels, you can start your marketing journey easily with HubSpot. Whether you are sending emails, posting social media, or working on your lead conversion funnels, when you pair the Marketing Hub with the HubSpot CRM you get invaluable data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure can make it harder for smaller teams to take the big leap to the professional tiers where you get more automation, social media insights, and custom reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub helps my clients communicate effectively with their target audience. We segment our leads and send highly personalized communications through email and target social media ads. We also refine our conversions points with A/B tested landing pages. By using the data and reporting from HubSpot, we are able to make quick data driven decisions and adjustments that are aligned with our goals.

It's user interface is easy to use, its segmentation capabilities are the best on the market and its reporting is great.

Managing marketing contacts can be cumbersome, but with the right methodology, it's not complicated.

We have all our data in 1 place. Saves time in implementing and reporting.

I've used HubSpot Marketing Hub across multiple organizations over the past 8 years, and what I appreciate most is its all-in-one approach. The platform integrates seamlessly across email marketing, CRM, landing pages, automation, and reporting, which creates a streamlined experience for both marketers and sales teams. It's user-friendly enough for non-technical users, but powerful enough to support complex campaign workflows. The continuous product innovation and strong support resources—like the HubSpot Academy and community—make it a reliable platform to grow with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost can scale quickly, especially as contact lists grow or when advanced features are needed. Some useful tools—like A/B testing and multi-touch attribution—are only available on higher-tier plans, which can be limiting for smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps solve the challenge of disconnected tools and data by centralizing marketing activities—email, CRM, automation, and analytics—into a single platform. This has made it easier for me to execute campaigns faster, track performance in real-time, and align closely with sales. It’s improved lead nurturing, reduced manual work through automation, and given me better visibility into what's driving pipeline and ROI.
We have begun to integrate it and it makes it much easier for the support to access for QC purposes.
What do you like best about the product?
It's accessibility within the system and being able to track what clients received so when they reach out we have an awareness of what they are referring to.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are having an issue with people who may have unsubscribed at one point but then reengage with us...they remain unsubscribed so are not receiving new topics that are of current interest to them. We have a team member working to resolve this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It will be the original source of our marketing emails, making data much easier to report.

What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of options to manage the customer details, there are a lot of options to record the work done by the sales team and the best thing is the sequence and the task assigment option it makes life super easy.
The customer support is also very good in case if one needs the support anytime.
