A very easy and understanding CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very easy to use and can easily get a hang of. I have been using it everyday as part of my job and i could'nt be happier

it might get too overwhelming with the amount of data they provide

Some features and integrations might necessitate an upgrade and additional money if you don't already use one of their premium tier options.

HubSpot Marketing Hub has provided a simple tool to drive new leads and nurture existing ones.
Intuitive Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that this is an easy-to-use platform that is very user friendly. There are a lot of features and it's easy to implement into your organization. I use regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it seems a little too rudimentary and I don't love the AI.

It helps me manage my social channels in one stop. It's really one stop shopping.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an all-in-one marketing software with email marketing, social media management, analytics, and customer relationship management; it provides the ability to manage your work and be more productive. The integrated tool allows you to manage your campaigns in one place, and the automated features allow you to schedule emails, keep track of social posts, and manage everything you do repeatedly. This increases productivity by saving you time and effort!
What do you dislike about the product?
Costs keep piling up from features such as A/B testing and more advanced reporting during the costlier tiers, limiting our options since our team's budget is tight. Not all integrations work as well, particularly with data syncing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides an all in one solution for marketing, sales, and customer data base solution. It gives us insights of our marketing campaings for emails and let's us build landing pages that can turn into warm leads.

The easy user interface, makes it easy to use.

I am new to using it, but I wish it had more integration with my other work apps

Reports and Analytics is way easier for granular view into email and ad performance. My favorite part would still be workflows, and the ability to go as granular as one can there.

Unavailability of comprehensive data / data joins with social, ad, and website data for analytics

Workflows make it very easy to avoid manual work.
And even with a lot of complexity, automation is possible because of all the levels that HubSpot lets users go into for the rules

Most Affordable CRM, scalable up to your needs.
What do you like best about the product?
I have come to really understand its capabilities after using it for a couple of years and I couldn't recommend other.
Very easy to implement. Just a few clicks and your up and running, hard to say any competitor can be as convenient as HS.

Sometimes its interface isn't as friendly for beginners, besides that is a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Re marketing campaigns from all of our outbound data. We can easily integrate the prospects we manually hunt into our integrations to improve our campaigns.

The platform is intuitive to use and it's very eay to generate reports to track campaign performance.

Email templates can be a bit limiting from a design perspective if you dont use custom code.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is its intuitive integration across the full marketing and sales funnel. It allows for seamless management of email campaigns, tracks lead engagement, and automates nurturing workflows. This plus the real time visibility into contact activity and reporting makes it incredibly effective for alignment between the parts of our business.

There is a limiting feeling when it comes to custom reporting and complex workflow logic additionally there is a slight learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is helping us solve the challenge of fragmented lead management and inconsistent follow-up. By centralizing our outreach, automating nurture sequences, and giving real-time insight into lead engagement, we’re able to move prospects through the funnel more efficiently. It also bridges the gap between marketing and sales by syncing directly with our CRM, which ensures better handoffs, cleaner data, and more personalized outreach. Overall, it’s improving our ability to scale outreach, track ROI, and reduce manual workload.
Great Tool

Hubspot is really useful for the marketing hub. We are able to marketing automations through the tool and the support is amazing

The tool is slightly complicated in terms of setting up integrations etc.
