Big HubSpot Fan

What do you like best about the product?
Unlike other platforms, HubSpot acts as a true CRM. So we have granular information for each customer and prospect. This allows us to segment our email marketing lists to be more effective and convert faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Add-ons are needed for further marketing integration -- for example, SMS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A connection between our customer service and marketing. We missed that bridge for too many years.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how easy it is to manage all marketing activities in one place. I regularly use it for email marketing campaigns, creating and managing forms, and setting up automated workflows. The drag-and-drop builder is user-friendly, and the automation features save a lot of time while still allowing for personalization and segmentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside for me is the lack of Turkish language support in the interface. Since my team primarily speaks Turkish, this sometimes creates a barrier and slows down adoption for new users. Having a full Turkish UI option would significantly improve accessibility and user experience for non-English speakers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps streamline and centralize our marketing efforts. Before using it, we had to switch between different tools for email marketing, form creation, and automation, which was inefficient and time-consuming. Now, we can manage everything from one platform. It improves team collaboration, ensures consistency in our campaigns, and gives us valuable insights through detailed analytics. As a result, we're able to launch campaigns faster, track performance more effectively, and engage with our audience in a more targeted way.

What do you like best about the product?
Layout is easy to use and configuration quite straightforward. I have my settings dialled in nicely and enjoy logging in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting, though it's constantly being improved, is sometimes limited. There are capabilties to add features needed, but you may encounter some blindspots initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great way to keep everything in one place. I like having the breakdown between accounts and contacts, and the way activities are tracked against people. Further, there are strong capabilities when it comes to building lists and filtering those lists to find the people I want to reach out to.

What do you like best about the product?
The campaign features of HubSpot marketing have made it really easy to create campaigns and get thorough information about what's happening, the ROI, and even an AI-generated Campaign Summary. It has been really easy to use and implement in the current workflow as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t find much to dislike about the product; I just hope it improves over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is really solving the headache of planning for marketing and social media planning. Also creating landing pages is really easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used HubSpot for over 10 years, and what stands out most is how it consistently evolves without becoming overwhelming. The interface remains clean and intuitive, but the features have grown with the times — from early email campaigns to smart segmentation, automated workflows, and AI-powered insights.

I particularly love how seamlessly everything integrates: email marketing, landing pages, CRM, forms, analytics, and social media all live in one ecosystem. The automation capabilities are powerful but user-friendly, allowing you to build out campaigns and nurture sequences without needing to code or rely on developers.

Reporting is another strength — especially the ability to build custom dashboards that actually reflect how marketing is contributing to growth. HubSpot has also done a great job supporting marketers with accessible learning resources, documentation, and webinars.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real downside is cost — especially as your database grows or you add features like advanced reporting or A/B testing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub solves one of the biggest challenges modern marketers face: managing multiple channels, campaigns, and customer touchpoints in a cohesive, data-driven way — without the chaos of scattered tools.

Instead of jumping between platforms for email, social media, landing pages, analytics, and CRM, HubSpot brings everything together in one place. That integration has saved me countless hours, reduced manual errors, and helped create more consistent customer journeys from first click to conversion.

It's also solved the problem of attribution and ROI clarity. With HubSpot’s tracking and reporting tools, I can clearly see what’s working — and what’s not — across channels and campaigns. This helps with smarter budget decisions and far more focused strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
We like the ability to segment our lists and retarget certain contacts with necessary information without having to send to the entire list. We love that it's easy to navigate email templates and create emails that our customers want to read. There are plenty of tools and customizations you can create within the environment. Creating lists is easy and you have plenty of space within your tiers to grow your lists without having to increase pricing too often. Customer support is fantastic and the free training is definitely useful and we use it often. Our support person is alwasy quick with answers and solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up automations is not the easiest thing. You have to know exactly what tags to use and word them very specifically to suit your needs. It's not intuitive. We have only one person on our team that has been able to become proficient in this thankfully but it would be nice if it was a bit easier to create that roadmap to automation. It's also not easy to figure out how to maintain your lists and clean up contacts - moving from non-marketing to marketing contacts etc and figuring out why certain contacts come in as non-marketing when they should be marketing is a hassle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of how best to reach our customers with meaningful messaging.

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps everything in one place. I can build emails, set up forms, run workflows, and see how it’s all performing without needing to jump between tools. It’s easy to use, even for people who aren’t super technical. The contact timeline is especially helpful for seeing how people are interacting across different channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting feels a bit limited unless you’re on one of the higher-tier plans. It’s also easy to outgrow the starter features if you’re trying to do more complex campaigns. Would be nice if some of the more powerful tools were included earlier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s helped us bring structure to our marketing activity and make everything more joined-up. Before, a lot of things were scattered across different tools or done manually. Now, we can create campaigns, track engagement, and automate follow-ups all in one place. It saves time, helps us stay more consistent, and gives better visibility into what’s working.
