Easy way to reach your audience

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple it is to create lists and complete email marketing campaigns. The templates are simple and the platform is very user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how complex it can be to edit forms and other features. There are so many options that it can feel overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a CRM that provided a one stop shop for donor information, tracking as well as email marketing. It's been a great resource for multiple avenues of non-profit management.

The Perfect Solution to Help a Small Marketing Team Perform Like a Large One

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot marketing hub has been a one stop shop for our team. We are able to build automated workflows, manage/monitor social media, build reporting dashboards, build emails and more.

There are so many features and tools through Hubspot marketing hub that really puts our team in a position to be efficient and successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to the HubSpot marketing hub is the initial learning curve. There are so many features that it can be overwhelming and it takes time to get to a point where the team is comfortable or using a majority of the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot marketing hub is solving for our problem of having too many marketing assets and goals to execute on with not enough time or people. The tools here give us the ability to maximize our team's resources and perform above the standard.

What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot marketing module is very good and helps me to personalize the communication toward right audience.

The attribution to different market and audiences might be a bit hard when creating lists for audiences

What do you like best about the product?
Functionality and range of tools is fantastic, I also like the fact that the platform is still developing at a crazy fast rate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Costs can mount up when you start you use all the functionality and increase Marketing contacts ect, but I guess thats what pays for further development

We also use Hubspot Sale and Hubspot customer service and therefore we have a single view of the customer which is really helpful

The best thing I like about Hubspot marketing Hub the ease of email marketing tools, landing page creations and advance analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The things dislike is the pricing which is quite expensive for the automation and custom reports.

The problems it solved is capture my leads through optimized landing pages, forms and automated workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature from hubspot is the ability to have a consistent marketing attribution month after month
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the new changes are not communicate enough so I don't find about a new feature until I see it live in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Originally we started using hubspot to have a whole system where sales could manage their leads as well as marketing manage all of the tasks from different marketing areas, but currently is the sole hub for marketing from CRM management to emails, forms connected to wordpress, pop ups and even our helpcenter.
