Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how seamlessly it integrates marketing automation, CRM, content, and analytics into one user-friendly platform. It allows for precise audience segmentation, streamlined campaign management, and robust reporting without needing multiple tools. The workflows are intuitive and powerful, enabling personalized lead nurturing at scale. I also appreciate the native connection to the HubSpot CRM, which provides real-time visibility into the entire customer journey—from the first click to closed-won. It’s ideal for scaling inbound strategies efficiently while staying data-driven.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the most part, I really like it, I think the biggest negative was adjusting from Salesforce over to Hubspot

Its helping us understand our sales funnel.

Simple to use, and anytime I have a question I can get customer service on chat inside a few min

Some analytics could be improved - both in terms of capabilities and ese of setting up

It puts all our marketing data in one place, enables us to pipe it through to dashboards and report on it better. Harmonises our contact lists between CRM and marketing

It is agile and easy to use for beginners

However I did not use a lit of software in this topic, I could not find anything which is missing

So many features to learn and implement. I'm underutilising the tool although paying an annual fee.

Automation using templates, ability to segment and speak to my different audiences, creating deals and updating information from within gmail.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform allows you to centralize and automate all marketing initiatives in an intuitive and effective way. The creation of automation workflows, the management of international campaigns, and the integration with the CRM are strong points that help a lot in my day-to-day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like there to be more depth in analytics and analysis in the social media section (competitors, sentiment analysis...) and also more statistics in the website section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I am in marketing for an international company, the HubSpot Marketing Hub is essential for managing multiple accounts and channels and centralizing the work. I use it to manage social media, create campaigns, landing pages, as well as automations, CRM integration, data analysis, among others.
HubSpot: An excellent tool for demand generation
What do you like best about the product?
Visibility to key marketing metrics. Ease of creating campaigns and emails. Good tool for managing multiple social media accounts. We have ten business units running on HubSpot and it is easy to segment the groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be difficult to create or upload lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot marketing allows us to run multiple campaigns for several business units. The ability to clone and modify emails means we can find a campaign working for one business, clone and edit it for a different business. We've been able to improve our overall efforts as a result.
Reliable tool specially if you have a decent sized marketing database
What do you like best about the product?
I use the email feature a lot. Its deliverability and performance is. good. There are many tools out that that say email delivered but the email might have landed on the spam folder but HubSpot isnt one of them. Their stats is very accurate. Its also very easy to setup a campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thing is we need to add all contacts (Wether its a lead, customer, investor or just a referal) into a common database. This sometimes cause confusion on who are the priority leads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use lead scoring. Its very promosing metric as it determines what accounts to go after and what to ignore. I also use the landing page builder for webinars and other events. Both are reliable and doesn what it is intended to do.

While HubSpot Marketing Hub is a powerful platform, one drawback is the pricing structure, especially for small businesses or startups. Many of the more advanced features, like A/B testing or sophisticated automation, are only available on higher-tier plans, which can get expensive quickly. Additionally, as the number of contacts grows, the cost increases significantly. Another minor downside is that while the platform is user-friendly, some customisations (like advanced reporting or design tweaks) can be limited without developer support. That said, these issues are outweighed by the overall value and functionality the platform provides.

HubSpot Marketing Hub is helping me solve the challenge of managing and scaling marketing efforts in one centralized platform. Before using HubSpot, I had to juggle multiple tools for email campaigns, lead capture, social media scheduling, and performance tracking. Now, everything is integrated—making it much easier to create, launch, and measure campaigns from a single dashboard.
The automation workflows save time by nurturing leads automatically based on their behavior, and the CRM integration ensures sales and marketing stay aligned. This has led to better lead engagement, more efficient processes, and improved ROI from our marketing efforts. Overall, HubSpot has streamlined our marketing operations and allowed us to focus more on strategy and growth.

Great All-In-One
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot really does have it all. I find the more tools I use from them the better everything works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have issues related to Hubspot poorly integrating with other tools in my tech stack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our marketing organization would be lost without Hubspot. We run routing, emails, landing pages, data management and more.

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub brings several needed tools for marketing success into one place. I've used HubSpot Marketing Hub for over 10 years, and it's never failed me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a service that you have to pay to use. I understand that certain features require the higher tiers, but that's my one pain point with Marketing Hub. In each organization where I've used it, I've had to justify spending more for the great tools that are there. Make mass deduplication part of the lower tier though, and it'd be a lot easier for me to push though haha.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub is great to have alongside my CRM, because it allows me to use real-time customer information to segment and communicate with my leads. Marketing Hub gives me the channels (email, social, ads), tools (forms, CTAs), and the information (lead scoring, journeys, analytics) to be able to shine in my role.
