HubSpot becomes more powerful the deeper you go
What do you like best about the product?
The more I integrate HubSpot into my workflow, the more value I uncover. From marketing automation to lead tracking, it continues to streamline my business operations and centralize everything in one place. It’s flexible, powerful, and constantly improving.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting accustomed to the platform took some time. The learning curve can feel steep at first, especially with so many tools and settings. But once I got through the initial setup and training, it became an invaluable part of my workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is helping me centralize my client communication, marketing workflows, and lead management into one streamlined system. Before, I had to juggle multiple tools and platforms, which slowed me down and made it harder to stay organized. Now, everything from email marketing to lead tracking is in one place, which saves time and helps me deliver a better client experience.
The All-in-One Marketing Engine Driving Our Success
What do you like best about the product?
We use HS for everything—from managing our blog and website to running email campaigns and tracking performance through robust reporting tools. What makes HubSpot exceptional is how seamlessly it brings all these functions together. It streamlines our workflows, enhances team collaboration, and provides actionable insights that drive smarter decisions. For any marketing team looking for efficiency without sacrificing depth, HubSpot is a powerful partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
While HubSpot is robust and user-friendly, it comes with a premium price tag. Additionally, some of the newer AI features lack the depth and sophistication found in more specialized tools. However, the convenience of having everything in one place, combined with the platform’s scalability and support, still makes it a worthwhile investment for serious marketing teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small business, we needed a solution that could help us do more with less—and that’s exactly what HubSpot Marketing Hub delivers. It solves the problem of using multiple disconnected tools by bringing everything—ourwebsite, email marketing, and reporting, etc. into one easy-to-use platform. This has saved us time, reduced complexity, and helped us stay organized. Most importantly, it’s given us clearer insight into what’s working and where to focus our efforts so we can grow smarter, not just harder.
Great marketing automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the insights that it provides into each marketing contact. There are also robust options to setup emails, lists, automation, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that setting up specific email lists were easier/faster on MailChimp than HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just providing a lot of insights into someone's journey into our marketing.
Excellent Email Marketing and Social Media Tracking Metrics
What do you like best about the product?
Email design is simple, with all the options you'd expect. Color changes, text boxes, shapes, stock images, etc. And you can create campaigns. Scheduling for social media is easy and convenient so you can pre-load content for a busy season and not miss a beat with customer contact. There are great options for lead capture and nurture and the reporting is fantastic. I can see not just number of opens, but who opened the email and how many times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Social media posting is easy, but doesn't have graphics capabilities for ads. If you're sharing a photo or video it's great. If you want to share an ad you have to create it in other software and upload the image to Hubspot before posting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Newsletters, customer alerts and social media posts are easy and tracking data is outstanding. I can provide reports to my team on how effective our ads are every time. I love that if I am struggling with the way my text sounds I can use Breeze to adjust tone using our predefined brand guidelines: Friendly, Professional & Educational.
Hubspot Marketing Hub is Awesome
What do you like best about the product?
We have included Hubspot Marketing Hub in our agency to get inbound leads from our already cold email funnel or prospects who have asked us to contact later. I designed all the emails and workflows to make sure everything is smooth. I would say the process was easy to setup and executable. I would recommend it to anyone who would want to use Hubspot to anyone you would want to automate their Marketing process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I tried attaching link in the email but the video embedding is not working that the video thumbnail is shown. That will really be helpful to get attention of prospects if they view my email. That will make them trust my email and link. Also, increase the response rate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to target my prospects which are either in warm or have asked to contact later through series of newsletter sort of emails. This have get me started getting positive responses. Benefiting the sales team with more potential leads.
HubSpot Marketing: Powerful Insights & Seamless Integrations, but Limited Multi-Website Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing stands out with its intuitive dashboard, powerful insights, and excellent integration capabilities we use it every day. It seamlessly connects with multiple tools, including Google Ads, social media platforms, and CRM functionalities, providing valuable data-driven insights. This significantly streamlines our marketing workflows, enriches our understanding of customer behavior, and greatly enhances our lead nurturing processes. Implementation is a peace of cake!
What do you dislike about the product?
A significant drawback is the limitation of linking just one website per integration to tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console. This restriction makes it challenging to manage multiple client websites efficiently or provide comprehensive analytical insights for clients directly within HubSpot. Consequently, it limits our ability to leverage these insights in sales funnels or expanded business models, especially when aiming to provide robust reporting for our clients. Customer support could be improved but overall when connection okay.

Ease of use with Socials (paid and non-paid advertising)
Hubspot is easy to navigate and keeping things in order
What do you like best about the product?
You get email marketing, landing pages, social media scheduling, forms, automation workflows, analytics, and even CRM integration—all under one roof. But the magic is that you don’t have to use it all at once. You can grow into it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some genuinely useful features—like smart content, advanced reporting, or custom objects—are locked behind higher tiers. For a platform that markets itself as “all-in-one,” it can feel like you’re only renting half the toolbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before HubSpot: You're juggling Mailchimp for email, Hootsuite for social, WordPress for landing pages, Google Analytics for reporting, and spreadsheets to track leads (because chaos builds character, right?).
With HubSpot: Everything is in one place. One login. One database. One source of truth.
Benefit:
You can see the entire customer journey without stitching together data from five tools and praying to the spreadsheet gods. It streamlines your workflow, cuts down on errors, and saves serious time.

The best marketing platform out there
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is so easy to use. I have a decade of experience using Hubspot, but enabling my team is really easy as the platform is so intuitive. Compared with other marketing automation platforms it is in a league of it's own.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a good problem to have, but frequent product updates can be hard to keep up with!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are so many touchpoints on a customers journey, Hubspot allows us to bring all of that into one place to get the full picture and take actions from it.
Reliable tool that helped us level up our support workflows
What do you like best about the product?
I really rate how well the platform allows us to segment and engage different client groups without needing to be developers to get things done. We’re a small but growing SaaS team, and having automation, workflows, and solid email tracking under one roof has been a game-changer. The interface is clean, the knowledge base integration is strong, and it plays nicely with other tools we’re using (like Stripe and Typeform). Plus, being able to assign ticket types and track SLAs has made my support role way more streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting can be a bit clunky unless you’re on one of the higher-tier plans. I’ve also found that setting up automations sometimes takes more trial and error than I’d like—it’s powerful, but there’s a learning curve. Oh, and the pricing can catch you off guard if you’re scaling and suddenly need access to features that weren’t locked at the start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before HubSpot, things were a bit of a mess—support queries coming through email, CRM scattered across different places, and no real way to track client health or automation properly. Now, we’ve got a full overview of the client journey, automated workflows that take care of a lot of the manual tasks, and decent data to spot trends before they become problems. It’s helping us reduce churn, speed up onboarding, and keep our trainers happy (which is what it’s all about at the end of the day).
