great , user friendly system!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can customise your sales pipeline and make it personal to your business, around your language.
Also, I love the tracking tool embedded in the system, which allows you to log conversations.

The costs can quickly creep up if your not careful.

Centralising into one system , and having all customer data In one place. Also, I like the automation of marketing.

Reduce the number of tools
Hubspot is a complete marketing & lead tracking powerhouse!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how HubSpot makes it incredibly easy to track leads from multiple sources, especially social media campaigns and Google Ads. Every contact is automatically enriched with source data, touchpoints, and deal stage, which means no lead slips through the cracks. Email automation is awesome and essential too..Reporting is also solid and helps tie our marketing efforts to actual insights that we can learn from.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can get steep as your contact list grows, and some custom reporting limitations require workarounds..

What do you like best about the product?
It's incredible. Every tool to market your business is available on the HubSpot Marketing Hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's just too much. If you're a tiny business without a massive team, you won't need everything HubSpot has to offer. It's great but can feel like overkill at a certain point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great platform for organizing all of the major marketing tasks. HubSpot is the tool you on top of the project management software.
Scaling up our marketing automations engine
What do you like best about the product?
We are setting up a new sales and marketing engine for a growth business. HubSpot has been easy to set up independently with our current suite of software (MailChimp and Zapier). We have transferred from using Trello to HubSpot as a CRM quite smoothly. Our sales team said 'I love that it connects so easily to emails and means I only need limited (if any) case notes.'
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model doesn't suit us, the price jumps dramatically to use HubSpot for email marketing for a decent amount of users so we have stuck with Mailchimp. If it was more reasonable we would have used HubSpot because we wanted an integrated CRM and email marketing platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single source of truth for customer marketing interactions and a sales admin management linked up with our marketing efforts to allow us to track our initiatives and see their impact, as well as scale our email marketing from manual to automated.
All in one tool for marketing and sales
What do you like best about the product?
It integration with multiple platforms. I love its versatility.

It has a learning curve, however there are tone of resources to learn.

If you use it properly. It can be a great funnel.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a technical writer who gets drawn into a variety of communications including software and hardware manuals, release notifications, general marcomms activities (eg blogs, brochures) and email communications. HubSpot Marketing Hub helps me create email campaigns and feed into other marcomms activities. I really appreciate the various data collection points that they provide so I can review the 'reach' or 'reception' of these communications AND that it is on the same platform as the other service / support content I create.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things where I think HubSpot has named a feature differently to how I would. For example - they have (at least last time I looked) stats for files (eg PDFs of manuals loaded to the website). I didn't realise till months later that these stats weren't for tracking views and downloads (by external users) but they were for the document history (ie when it was last updated and by who). Their link tracking is in a separate part of the the platform - which wasn't intuitive for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot Marketing Hub to send out our release notifications for software and firmware updates. It was pretty easy to get set up and now integrates with our other customer information - making it a one-stop-shop for our direct communications. It has even helped identify that some of our customers block our emails (thinking that the release content is advertising or spam) - so we are able to have a conversation with them about whitelisting our emails so they can get to where they are needed. That's a good result.

What do you like best about the product?
We love being able to create marketing strategies and initiatives that create touch points with our clients and customers. We have seen great impact with nurturing their experience and journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is very complex and in depth. Well, that is helpful, there can be quite a drastic learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps unify the marketing, lead, and deal making journeys. It also creates for overlapping, journeys, and customer relationship paths.

What I like best is how easy it is to manage campaigns, track leads, and automate tasks all in one place.

To access more features on your HubSpot account, you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan.

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us streamline lead management, automate follow-ups, and centralize customer data. This saves time, improves team efficiency, and boosts our marketing results through better targeting and tracking.
We had record breaking months off the back of using this.
What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using HubSpot Marketing Hub for over six months now, and the difference it’s made is massive. The depth of data and insights we’ve gained is unlike anything we’ve had before – even when combining multiple other tools. It’s helped us run record-breaking campaigns and refine our email segmentation to a level we couldn’t have achieved otherwise. Everything feels connected, from lead capture to email workflows to analytics, and that’s made our marketing efforts sharper and more effective
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve. There’s a lot packed into the Marketing Hub and it can take time to set up everything properly and understand how to get the most out of it. It’s not something you just plug in and go – you have to invest time upfront. That said, the payoff is worth it. Once you’re up to speed, it becomes an incredibly powerful platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously used ActiveCampaign but found it hard to connect our marketing data with the full client journey. That disconnect made it difficult to run high-performing campaigns and deliver a cohesive customer experience. HubSpot Marketing Hub solved that by integrating seamlessly with the rest of the HubSpot ecosystem. We can now build landing pages quickly, manage and track multiple websites in one place, and get a clear view of how campaigns are performing across every asset - whether it’s a CTA, pop-up, social post, email, or landing page. It’s given us visibility and control we simply didn’t have before.
