The most intuitive interface for managing contacts and activities
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to setup and use workflows to management activities with prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UI could use some improvements and there are not too many built in workflows

Helping to manage activities and engagement with prospects

Engaging thought leaders/presenters, all questions answered. Receiving a certificate upon completion is a bonus.

Nothing wrong with marketing hub that I've encountered so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefits me and my team greatly after leaving our previous CRM and moving to hubspot.
The experience with its intuitive tools allows you to have the information in real time

That some tools are limited in number of uses based on credits or that they are not included in the contracted plan

Constant monitoring and management of your marketing strategy's digital assets as well as tracking prospects and customers

It’s an all-in-one platform for everything I do in marketing. The automation workflows are easy to build and manage

It gets expensive as you add new features and contacts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It consolidates all marketing tools which saves us time. The website is built in hubspot and all of the marketing automation runs through it. We have it synced with Salesforce so that it works beautifully with the sales team, allowing us to see attribution. It also gives us visibility over ROI on all of our paid marketing efforts.

They are constantly improving the platform and introducing exciting features.

I miss the SFDC campaigns. They are more flexible and you can get more insights with them.

We are using Marketing Hub to market to leads, orchestrate out outreach, keep our data clean, report on what is working and what is not, and generally execute on our Marketing strategy.
All-in-one CRM that scales with your business
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot stands out for its incredibly user-friendly interface and seamless integration across sales, marketing, and customer service. The automation capabilities—especially email sequences, deal pipelines, and workflows—help us save hours each week. Reporting dashboards are easy to customize and share with leadership, and the CRM is intuitive enough that even non-technical team members can navigate it confidently. Their knowledge base and customer support are also top-notch, making onboarding smooth and scaling easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
While HubSpot offers a free tier and scalable pricing, costs can escalate quickly as you add premium features or grow your contact list. Some advanced reporting and automation features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which might be limiting for smaller teams. Additionally, while integrations are generally strong, a few niche tools we use required custom workarounds or third-party connectors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has helped unify our lead generation, email nurturing, and CRM processes into one platform, significantly improving our marketing efficiency. Previously, our data was scattered across different tools, leading to siloed insights and manual work. Now, with workflows and lead scoring automated, we're able to deliver targeted campaigns based on behavior and lifecycle stage, which has increased both engagement and SQL conversion rates. The visibility into performance at every stage of the funnel helps our growth ops team quickly iterate and optimize.

Sometimes when the organization becomes complex we can meet some limitations

The workflow tool is easy to use and to set up. We can manage all our WFs at the same place and have insights about them

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using HubSpot for a while now, and I genuinely love how it helps me stay connected with my prospects. From the moment someone enters the pipeline, HubSpot makes it easy to track, communicate, and build meaningful relationships. The CRM is intuitive, the automation saves me hours each week, and the insights I get into my sales process are invaluable.
Whether I’m following up with a lead, sending a marketing email, or checking in on deal progress, HubSpot gives me the tools I need to be both efficient and personal. It’s made a huge difference in how I work—and more importantly, how I connect with the people who matter to my business.
Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to grow their relationships, not just their sales!

What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to easily maneuver between contacts and deal is a bit clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting me with my candidates and keeping them updated with tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease to create content and host a website. I think the CRM is pretty robust for the price. Lastly, the documentation is top notch, but can be a tad behind the current version.
What do you dislike about the product?
Simplify the terminology or help define the termonology on the crm and how you expect to implement the various stages.

Marketing Automation through sequeneces for the sales team and lead warming for the marketing team for tradeshows and events
