The best marketing and communications platform I've ever used
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a powerful tool for customer outreach, marketing performance management, and more. A lot of my day as a director of marketing is spent in Hubspot, and it doesn't bother me one bit. My favorite feature is the workflow builder; seamless and powerful automation with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complexity can creep into HubSpot through integrations and poor data management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's our main source of customer outreach. The benefits to keeping in touch with our customers are tremendous.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is a solid all-in-one tool for managing your marketing stuff. You can run email campaigns, build landing pages, track leads, and manage social media—all from one place. It’s super easy to use, especially if you’re not super tech-savvy. It works really well with HubSpot’s CRM too, so if you're already using that, everything connects nicely. The drag-and-drop editor and automation tools make setting up campaigns pretty smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the basics are super easy, digging into more complex automations or reports can take some time to figure out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email, social, landing pages, automation, CRM—it’s all connected. No more switching between a dozen tabs. You can actually see which campaigns are working, track conversions, and make better decisions without guessing.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how deep you can delve into the data and find information on activities. It is an essential asset for Marketing attribution. We use this daily and it's really easy to follow. We have been able to integrate the platform with other systems we use too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform doesn't move as quickly as the world does sometimes. We can't schedule all of our social posts as HubSpot doesn't allow it and sometimes the email drag and drop makes design a bit restricted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing attribution.

User-Friendly Interface, the automation and customisable reporting are what stands out for me. Great for any business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited A/B testing, some of the features are difficult to use but with the resources it is easy to learn.

Automated workflows, generating more customers and demand. Building our brand awareness through social platforms with the ability to schedule at the right time.

I recommend HubSpot to marketers who want to connect LinkedIn Ads to tangible pipeline growth. Its automation and reporting are unmatched for B2B campaigns.

Premium tiers can be pricey for small businesses, but worth it for scalable campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manually connecting LinkedIn Ads data to lead outcomes (e.g., demos, sales) was time-consuming and error-prone. I now see which LinkedIn campaigns drive sales-ready leads, so I can double down on high-intent audiences.

HubSpot Marketing Hub offers an incredibly user-friendly interface with powerful automation tools that save time and improve efficiency. The integration between CRM, email marketing, and analytics is seamless, making campaign tracking and lead nurturing easy and effective.

While the platform is great overall, some features are locked behind higher-tier pricing plans, which can be limiting for smaller teams or startups. Additionally, reporting can sometimes feel a bit basic unless you upgrade to more advanced tiers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps us manage and automate our entire marketing funnel—from lead capture to nurturing and conversion. It solves the problem of having to use multiple disconnected tools by offering everything in one platform. As a result, our team saves time, improves collaboration, and can better track campaign performance and ROI.

It makes my work and therefore my life much easier, especially the Marketing Analytics Suite. Reports have become so easy.

I haven't really fully grasped the new version V3.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is our companies tried and true method to relay so many feature enhancments, softare updates and so much more to our prospects and customers. Being able to link our internal CRM to track user profiles engagement with our materials is the best. HubSpot was easy to setup for our company and has been in use for years! Another individual at our company works with our rep and has nothing but great things to say about their skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly can't find any dislikes about the program. It suits our needs tenfold - from forms, landing pages, emails and media--HubSpot handles it all.

Communicating new features, updates, release notes and training options to our customers and so much more.
