What do you like best about the product?
Is the main subject that it covers. real life examples and really help for entrepreneurs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love everything about HubSpot, eventhood i am still learning how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To more understand different platform of social media and take advantage of all the futurs Insite into.
Hubspot has it all, once you get use to the interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Marketing Hub is a one stop shop, you don't need to multiple platforms for outbound and inbound marketing streams. You can plan, execute and report all in the one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the interface challenging, initially I didn't find it intuitive, as a visual person I find the design uninspiring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being in content marketing its great to be able schedule for all platforms at the same time, as well as reporting with a comparison feature is great.
Easy to use, comprehensive Marketing software
What do you like best about the product?
Simple, user-friendly options for a wide range of digital marketing applications. Their email marketing tools are particularly intuitive compared to other products on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of new features popping up all the time, which is great but makes for a lot of change to keep up with.
Also their Landing Page builder is particularly difficult to use and doesn't offer as many options as most other similar products.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lots of great, simple marketing tools which are connected to our CRM to allow for a smaller, simpler marketing tech stack.
Enjoy the useability
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot automation is smooth, the reporting actually makes sense, and everything syncs up with the CRM. Running campaigns feels way less complicated, and tracking results is pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
From an ads perspective, I wish you could assign specific ads to Hubspot campaigns instead of having to assign entire ad campaign groups in Linkedin and Google to a Hubspot campaign. It messes up reporting

HubSpot cuts out the busy work. No more juggling a million tools—everything’s in one place.
Expensive, but the best game in town.
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot does just about everything, and if you integrate your SaaS effectively with it, it can be a great all-purpose platform that magnifies the reach of a small marketing team. It's largely user-friendly. And again, it has capabilities to manage just about anything you want to do in one place, which is big. We have regularly looked at the competition, and for SaaS at least, Hubspot is a clear leader. Customer support is decent, even if it won't bowl you over.
What do you dislike about the product?
For significant customization and integration with your own product, you'll pretty definitely need some development work. If you're in SaaS, you can probably handle this in-house, and there are agencies that specialize in some of this, but it feels like they don't work very hard to make this easy.
Costs can mount quickly on a small team. Make sure to look for discounts through investors or professional groups if you're a startup. The Free and Starter plans are very unlikely to support you for long, and make sure to pay attention to additional costs (e.g. per 5k contacts you're marketing to).
Lots of things are add-on costs, so know that going in. Transactional emails are an add-on. Custom SSL is an add-on. They'll quote you a (sometimes hefty!) onboarding fee for higher tiers, but if you push back enough they will drop it, so make sure to push back unless you really want the handholding.

It provides a single hub to coordinate marketing, analytics and marketing automation, and we can sync with sales and customer support needs in the same product.
Very good CRM system with good marketing functions
What do you like best about the product?
my team can all access hubspot and i can see company activity so my marketing efforts are easier, i know what is going on with our customers and where they are in their journey/communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
More so with the social media side, it can be a bit tedious going in and out of posts to edit them or going throgh a sign off process. it would be better if i could plan per platform, and the calendar function to show pictures so i can see what post is what straight away. Also socials, tagging doesnt always work, however i think that could be down to the connection wth the platform permissions? And with emails i think being able to see a snippet of the visual when hovering over it would be good. sometimes a team can do a lot and i need to see all of it really quickly rather than opening and closing items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I havent seen any problem i have experienced that has been fixed other than social media platforms. which i think can only be partiallly fixed as long as the platform allows (so not hubspot). for example, social media platforms havefrequent updates and i think hubspot tries its best to keep up to date, however not all funtions are available. For example, i would post a reel manually in-app rather than hubspot so i can select music and tag an account. I think everywhere else seems to be up to scratch, ut social media management tools need to be updated more to access full features.
Ive never had any secuity issues, or logging in, switiching between accounts, this has all been good. I had a log in issue one time where i contacted customer support, it was then fixed that day!

Good product that's always evolving. Terrible support.
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is always improving. The capabilities and integrations area always growing. Big time possibilities that can still be harnassed by small companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Terrible customer support. You can upgrade at any time, but you can only downgrade once a year. You better be sure you need the level you're paying for because HubSpot will not work with you if you end up with more than you need.

I like that everything needed for client communication in one place. It tracks everything. The integration is so easy, and the program is user friendly.

I can't think of anything that needs improvement.

It helps me manage and track my campaigns without any problems. Plus, it's able to automate all channels, making it easier to schedule every marketing activity
