Groundbreaking CRM and Marketing System
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is that Hubspot helps evade repetitive tasks and I can focus on important things, great also when you look at the reports you can see what campaigns are good and which are not, integrates easily so you have all your apps in one place, and when in doubt support always have my back.
What do you dislike about the product?
No so much dislike it, it's a little ram-consuming, and something glitches, also when working in blocks says it can only feature a certain amount of blocks under 100
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It tackles key marketing challenges by automating my tasks, improving lead management, enhancing customer insights, and centralizing efforts. These perks make our marketing smoother and more effective, helping our business grow.
SMB platform misses the mark for enterprise
What do you like best about the product?
Core features are strong, has great advanced automation capabilities. Good alternative to old school Enterprise Marketing Automation tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
More affordable packages lack key basic features. HubSpot tries to dumb down features to make them more approachable, but this alienates power users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Covers a wide breadth of marketing automation requirements at an affordable price. Doesn't go deep enough for our needs, however.
Easy to use and good looking application
What do you like best about the product?
Easy navigation, very intuitive. Data migration very simple
What do you dislike about the product?
Some issues on the data migration, but could be due to the mapping from source but can't say I dislike anything
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main reason was to facilitate the managment of marketing campaigns. For me it is easy to use.
I've tried others and like how I can tailor the services to meet my needs.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the robust CRM and webpage hosting. It keeps everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface of the inbox is just not good. It's really hard to manage email on my small laptop screen. No problem on a bigger screen though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my whole customer journey in one place.
I have been using HubSpot for years and there are perks and downfalls
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it is for the most part quite user-friendly and HubSpot Academy is quite informative. I used it from university all the way up until now. I like how everything you need for marketing and customer engagement is in this platform and the price isn't bad compared to other CRMs. Really easy to implement and I actually work for a tech company and integration to our product was seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the account managers quite difficult to get ahold of and they upcharge you for the littlest things like adding a few more marketing contacts. The social media tools like the social calendar experiences a lot of glitches like not being able to exit to another tab without it erasing everything or having to constantly connect your accounts. I also find the social media tool to be not as intuitive or as up- to-date as the rest of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our team align on the customer journey and helping us manage our customer base. It is also helping our marketing team do lifecycle marketing to our current customers and nurture prospective customers.
HubSpot's Biggest Fan
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot enables me to move quickly and manage all of our marketing in one place. It's easy to use, powerful and feature-rich.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the reporting features were more dynamic. I'd love to dig deeper into our email nurtures (scroll depth, content type) but it can feel impossible to pull out necessary data points in HubSpot's native reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for everything from social media management to email marketing and marketing automation. Its great to track all of our marketing in one platform.
Seamless Campaign Management
What do you like best about the product?
The analytics information provided on email opening, click-through etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always straight forward building the contact lists
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to contact large numbers of qualified contacts in a personalised way in a time-efficient manner.
The platform for Sales Reps
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to navigate, intuitively obvious
What do you dislike about the product?
The next subscription level up from free doesn't offer much
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't used it for Marketing yet, just as a database. I'd like to do more with it.
Excellent all round marketing suite
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity of integrations and ease of implementation, out of the box templates and customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haveb't come across anything I dislike yet! It all seems easy to use.

Simplified contact management and email marketing. Form handling and lead generation.
Hubspot is useful
What do you like best about the product?
The most useful aspect of Hubspot is the task generation and followup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is not excellent. I'd like to see better dashboards and stats.

How much is my team preprossing. What is the data for my sales team.
