Hubspot Marketing Hub simplifies marketing and sales
What do you like best about the product?
Marketing emails & analytics, lead lead organization, and website traffic analytics has kept me sane in getting our startup going.
What do you dislike about the product?
I HATE that a marketing contact for even 1 day of the month is charged for the entire month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead traffic origins and email tracking has helped us target our audiences better
A seamless and streamlined tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to do everything in one place. No more cross referencing with many other tools to do what I need to or to analyze metrics. It makes it so easy to send correspondances and track engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit more expensive compared to other tools out there, but in my experience it's worth it on how much time and effort it saves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining our marketing and communications to a single place. Being able to send everything from one spot and track all of the various metrics and engagements is key for my organization.

Helps us track and organize leads easily / automate marketing operations.

I think workflows could look a little neater.

We're able to easily track leads from paid ad sources and create lists that help us easily market to them.
Great system that I try to take everywhere

HubSpot is an intuitive, easy-to-use modular system that is great for all levels of users in different parts of your business, not just marketers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Costs can escalate quickly as you add more hubs.

Hubspot gives and easy to integrate system for interest form responses on our website.

Free version is great and i can market cannabis.

Complicated and the staff at Hubspot are all snarky when you ask for help.

Great Marketing Tool with Awesome Support
What do you like best about the product?
Man, it’s just so easy to use. The whole setup is nice and straightforward nothing cluttered or confusing. Plus, it plays really well with other tools, so you’re not stuck messing around trying to make things connect. Oh, and the automation? Total lifesaver. Cuts down on so much busywork and keeps things running smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing’s a bit of a bummer, especially if you’re a small business. It’s cool at the starter level, but once you want the good stuff, those costs start piling up fast. And honestly, some of the really useful features are stuck in the pricey plans, which can feel like a stretch if you’re trying to keep things affordable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automates the tedious stuff, keeps leads in check, and gives killer analytics to boost my campaigns. Better targeting’s upped my engagement and conversions too—huge win!
It has everything I need to manage our marketing effectively.

The sheer scale of capabiltires surroudning conent, email, social media ect, makes it very easy to manage marketing.

The SEO feature isn't really that helpful.

It provides a place to send emails from, manage content, and advertising.
A true all in one suite
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Hubspot marketing hub is how true it is to its claim of being a hub for all things marketing! Seriously, think it, and you can more than likely do it!
What do you dislike about the product?
The immense amount of tools can be a little overwhelming at first. You do need to take your time to really unravel its true potential. Dedicate blocks of time to leanring the platform and you will quickly see the benfits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I;m able to track a lead from cold to a hot close, with in-depth detail.
Works well for growing teams
What do you like best about the product?
For teams not ready for the salesforce price tag, Hubspot's pipelines, dashboarding, and CRM features can give you valuable insights into the health of your organization's without a ton of technical expertise required. Customer support is very helpful in getting you what you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it's strong on the sales and marketing side, it has limited capabilities related to customer success. You don't have the ability to make churn risk scores or track customer health very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to keep track of our conversations with customers, which allows us to be more proactive in our outreach.
Good and stable
What do you like best about the product?
An easy access to the core tools we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too limited. Not seamlessly integrated to majority of social network and campaign analytics. Arbitrary reporting.

Having a view per company to learn what USP to focus on and what activity we can support to progress.
