HubSpot is THE Marketing Hub

What do you like best about the product?
It's marketing opps in a user friendly way. A tool for marketers, not for programers. You can have you team explore all their creativity without having operative blockers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take a lot of set up in order to make it your own, and adapt it to your oroganization' s proceses, but once the intalation is done, the sky is the limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us with our maketing opperations - email, auotmation, reporting, attribution, ABM.

HubSpot operates with such poor customer service and an aggressive, spam-like billing department

What do you like best about the product?
We used HubSpot for a couple of years but decided to pause our subscription for a few months. The product itself is decent, especially considering the limited alternatives available for this type of marketing need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unresponsive Billing & Customer Support Issues

After returning to our HubSpot account a few months later, we found it deactivated due to a past-due invoice. Their billing department and customer support instructed us to pay via wire transfer, which we did—prepaying for several months of service. However, once the payment was made, customer support stopped responding entirely. Despite paying for a full year, our service was never reactivated, and all follow-up emails were ignored. HubSpot provides no phone support, only email, making it feel like we were dealing with an automated system that prioritizes payments over resolving issues. Frustrated, I contacted their sales team—where I could finally speak to a real person—only to discover that they had downgraded our account to a free version, despite our full payment for the rest of the year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves no problem now aside from collecting payments for the services it didn't provide to us

Amazing experience with Hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how HubSpot Marketing Hub has expanded its AI-powered content tools, especially the improved A/B testing, automated audience segmentation, and smarter lead scoring. The new multichannel journey builder is also impressive—it gives a unified view of customer touchpoints and makes campaign personalization far more intuitive and impactful.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is strong, but it can improve reporting flexibility, especially for advanced attribution and custom dashboards. Large teams would benefit from more granular user permissions and better bulk asset management. Enhanced cross-portal syncing and deeper automation logic would also make complex, enterprise-level marketing operations smoother and more scalable.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps to have a al good track record of all the customers and updates the task when to touch the deal and what was the last time we had a discussion

It has a little bugs which sometimes gives a glitch experience by having a lag or sometimes the deals don't reflect

It is not as efficient and has features as Salesforce marketing cloud

Being able to do everything I need to do in one platform

They still haven't implemented the ability to launch ads with multiple creatives in linkedin

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot can help you get work done quickly and very effeciently. It also operates really fast. Sometimes you don't need a super powerful engine for all your marketing needs. You need something simple and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing could be better. Free version doesnt give you many options. Also the CRM UI side of the automation could be improved a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot streamlines our marketing efforts. We use it for digital marketing campaigns and CRM purposes. It stores our entire database really well.
