A Solid Choice If You Use Inbound Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of it is its user-friendlyness. The platform is so intuitive that I can set up campaigns, create landing pages and analyze without any hassle or confusion. I also want to commend the automation and reporting features, it's truly a must try for every marketers out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
As much as I love this app a lot, my only issue is the price. Since it has restriction to use its advance features and contact limits, we really need to pay more. I hope they can have a more budget-friendly deals in the near future, so many people can enjoy this lifesaving platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's mostly the ease of use combined with the powerful automation features. It saves me time to get things done quickly and lets me focus and free up my energy to my work.

It was hard to know how to email market because there were so many ins and outs needed just to send an email.

We switched from distribion and the transition to hubspot has been night and day! Ease of use and much more clean capabilities for a modern approach

There's so much to offer that sometimes it can be overwhelming

Better email platform, cleaner lists and data, crm capabilities, social media is coming soon

Typically the interface which is easy to use and navigate what we are looking for.

Nothing so far honestly I have been very much happy using it.

Hubspot: Marketing Best Friend
What do you like best about the product?
When it comes to marketing, content generation, emails, and contact management it does not get easier than hubspot. It mixes all of the thing you need to maintain successful marketing plans and strategies into place. It was easy to get the hang of on my own but the customer support and monthly meeting with our hubspot team was also incredibly beneficial. It also allowed us to integrate netsuite into it seamlessly so all of our contacts were stored for email/content sends.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be limiting in the terms of marketing contacts. You only get a certain amount before you have to upgrade tiers for more. Have to constantly be mindful of this. Marketing contacts are who you can send emails to so they're pivotal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The speed and pace of content creation is pivotal. When you work for a smaller company and are one of the only ones handling marketing duties, being able to churn out quick content with the email builder is huge. It helps me get through my workload much easier. It also helps in getting email approval from my superiors with the sames that can be sent to myself.

I enjiy preparing lists to target these lists keep me focused

I wish calling out of hubspot was easier - currently we need to use an auto dialer

It solves for our need for a CRM and it benefits me to create custom lists
Ideal CRM with full features, integrations, and tools needed
What do you like best about the product?
Very complex CRM that has all the features, reports, and layours we need. Integrations with other tools we use (like apollo).
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit too complicated at times and does require training to really use properly.

Helping integrate different solutions for our marketing into one platform to easily measure and communicate with leads.
