Simple And Easy Email Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot simplifies Email marketing. Contact upload is concise and easy. Filters available help very much.
What do you dislike about the product?
so many features of Hubspot sometimes confuse me, Since I use it only for email marketing other features are of no use to me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reliability, Hubspot is a promising tool for email marketing, it solves my basic problem of finding a reliable tool.

What do you like best about the product?
From managing your website, landing pages, blog, ads, event, social media, and more, HubSpot makes it incredibly easy to manage and scale your marketing efforts. I esepecially love the new AI features that were added, which makes creating content lightning fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having access to social media tools on the Starter plan
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub makes life so much easier by bringing everything—emails, social media, SEO, and analytics—into one place, so I’m not juggling multiple tools. It’s also great for improving lead quality and automating follow-ups, which has really helped me stay on top of things and get better results. Overall, it’s made my marketing efforts way more efficient and effective.
The best tool I have used for CRM tracking, outreach, tasks and reports.
What do you like best about the product?
Love the templates, open tracking, and outreach capabilities. I use HubSpot every day, and love how easy it was to get started and learn new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may be that my company has only purchased a limited license, but limiting me to only 5 templates is not enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamling the sales and customer management process.
It works fine - Nothing to write home about
What do you like best about the product?
If you have the new company discount as a startup, Hubspot gives you everything you need as a marketer to get your marketing system off the ground professionally at a reasonable cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless you upgrade to their Enterprise package, the tracking on marketing campaigns is awful and almost not worth setting up. It is a disservice to marketers to only report on new contacts created via a marketing campaign and not the impact it may have had on deals or revenue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub is my go-to platform without having to incporate lots of 3rd parties. The caveat is that it does everything "just OK" - not a lot of breathtaking features - and if they did they would charge you quite a bit more to use them.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to track data in a visually appealing manor.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is more of a 90% solution as apposed to a cvustom solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to track large amounts of prospects and deals.
Amazing. We use it for multiple Workflows

Ability to store multiple email templates, create campaigns, host forms, integrate Google ads with HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. Sometimes the UI might be confusing but no major obstacle.

HubSpot marketing hub helps me in creating emails and campaigns for my marketing goals. I can also integrate my social analytics into the HubSpot Marketing Hub.
All in one Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
It is a user friendly platform that offers everything we need for effective email marketing. Tracking open and click rates. Email performance reports help to optimize our marketing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found a downside using HubSpot Marketing.

Provides an excellent platform to manage email campaigns and analyze our performance. Integration with Salesforce and other products went smooth. This platform has tools for all our needs.
Good Starting Point for Small Business
What do you like best about the product?
Our team has liked the ease of use and adaptability of Hupspot. We are still figureing out what all we need, and this has been a great tool to grow with us.

So far, we have not been dissappointed or restricted. HubSpot is serving our needs.

We ahve been able to steamline processes and speed up resolution times.
Powerful tools and a large breath of capabilities but lacking in reporting
What do you like best about the product?
From workflows, emails, forms, blogs, landing pages, lead scoring, CTAs, and more, Hubspot is full of features that can allow marketing teams big and small to bring their products to market. I find it very easy to use and I use it every single day. We haven't had to use customer support often but the support seems sufficient. I didn't implement the system at this company but overall it seems easy to implement. The integrations can get a bit messy but they do the job we need them to do
What do you dislike about the product?
The integrations can be a bit lacking and difficult to manage. I see a lot of errors that seem to difficult to fix but also don't seem to disrupt our systems. My largest dislike is that I think the reporting is very limited. Its difficult to track the customer journey and understand the timeline of marketing events at a high level. There are also a few limitations that simply don't make sense or don't have an automation workaround.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps run our entire go-to-market and demand generation process. It is how we capture leads and analyze traffic.

Its a great tool, helps me craft A/B mails easily, helps me build forms for my website, helps me manage contact activity

It has limited fonts and possiblity to experiment on Hubspot is very low
