USER FRIENDLY
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it can be used as an app and is integrated with my outlook email account
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the texting was integrated between zoom or my cell phone instead of having to manually add these.

Keeping track of leads that visit my community

I hate to disappoint you, but I didn't like anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't figure out how to set it up in four months. I can handle writing basic code and use over 100 tools weekly for various tasks, but this feels like some kind of legacy mess.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have 9,000 customers, all stored in HubSpot CRM. I aimed to use HubSpot Marketing Hub to establish communication with them, understanding their product usage and responses to marketing activities. However, each time I tried to figure out how to set this up, reading the instructions and guidelines on the website, I found them unbearably dull. The interface feels outdated, reminiscent of what I encountered during my university days.

Disappointed with both ALYKA's onboarding services for HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
There is a Senior Customer Success Manager to clarify the communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are very disappointed with both ALYKA's onboarding services for HubSpot and our overall experience with the platform itself. Two years into a locked-in three-year HubSpot licensing agreement, recommended by ALYKA, we are still unable to use the platform effectively. When we encountered challenges implementing HubSpot, there was no option to negotiate out of the final year of the agreement, forcing us to pay for a tool that has delivered no value.
Most recently, we were charged $5,000/month by ALYKA to "finalise" our HubSpot onboarding. After just one month of minimal meetings and no actionable progress, the budget was entirely exhausted, leaving us with nothing to show for the expense.
Adding to the frustration, we added a new sales user to HubSpot for $229. When the hire didn’t proceed, and the payment wasn’t made, HubSpot completely locked us out of our account, blocking all access to the platform. This punitive action left us stranded without any support or recourse.
Overall, our experience with HubSpot has been marked by poor onboarding, excessive costs, and an inflexible, punitive approach to customer issues. Based on this journey, we cannot recommend HubSpot to others and strongly advise against engaging with ALYKA for HubSpot onboarding.

Pricing and features a bit complexe to use

Excellent for mailing lists, email preparation

Hubspot is still providing great value to us especially in areas of CRM and Email Marketing as well as Forms submission gathering.

Hubspot support can be tricky sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account management, case management, CRM, email marketing, landing pages - these are all things that Hubspot helps with tremendously and in a great way every day in order to support our business efforts.
A Game-Changer Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up campaigns is made simple by the platform's user-friendly email marketing and automation procedures. Highly customized marketing initiatives are made possible by its robust interaction with CRM data. Additionally, I value the extensive analytics and reporting dashboards that offer insightful information on campaign performance. Because of the system's user-friendly interface, navigating and using it efficiently doesn't require sophisticated technical knowledge. The comprehensive documentation is also quite beneficial, and the customer service is prompt.
What do you dislike about the product?
Again I repeat, that I don't dislike anything but would suggest speed optimization in loading user data even in slow data network such as any user can quickly see their respective data and update in case of any meeting occuring (just a suggestion)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was using old school method of Outlook Merge for bulk emailing but with introduction to Hubspot my bulk email got a solution along with centralized Dashboard to track all my open/bounced/multiple time opening of email/who opened email when etc.
Hubspot is a great way to manage pipeline and keep on track with customers

How intuitive and flexible it is to navigate
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel like there are so many sections and information available that it's easy to lose focus on the important highlights for each customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's providing clarity in terms of having a single place to stock leads, and understanding the pipeline. It's dashboard is very helpful and builts up on that clarity.

What do you like best about the product?
It's automated workflow, easy to use dashboard.

The only main challenge is subscription fee especially to the starting or struggling ventures.

I don't have to undergo the hustle of managing posts n ads on various sites. I can handle all that at Hubspot.
A comprehensive solution to enhance marketing efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
To me what stands out the most is its all in one approach. It offers tools that covers the entire marketing funnel. Moreover, its automation capabilities is like a cherry on cake. I also love how seamlessly it can be integrated with other Hubspot tools.

While it offers a comprehensive set of features I believe the learning curve can be a bit steep for new users.

I love how it helps to streamline and optimize our marketing efforts. It's takes off from my plate- manual and time consuming tasks. It's Automation, personalization and lead management tools has helped me a lot.
