Hubspot CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly Hubspot is compared to other CRMs. I have used a handle of other CRMs for marketing and this one is by far more user friendly. Their interface is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how small the marketing contact tiers are. If you get above a certain number of contacts, you are changed more. This is how must CRMs are, but I think the thresholds for marketing tiers are quite small so you get charged more very easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows us to integrate website forms into a CRM. We can use it for automation journeys for new supporters and monthly newsletters.
Everything all in one place
What do you like best about the product?
As a small business owner, I like everything to be in one place. I can market, send emails, track activity on social media and my website, and watch my ROI. Additionally, I know I have what is considered "one of the best" when you find out the other programs use Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is that HubSpot is not really small business friendly

Helping manage all of my customer data

I like the fact that all my collegues have access to the site so we can stay up to date on everything.

Currently i haven't found anything that i dislike!

What do you like best about the product?
Keeping templates organized is something that I value greatly, and I use it daily. It's easy to create new ones and personalize them, which helps with automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sidebar is unfortunately still confusing and I haven't been able to get used to it, even with daily usage of the software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our customers up to date of our latest releases and sending follow up emails for important meetings. It makes it less likely that I will forget about following up on something. The tasks list is key in my day to day for these reasons as well.

I like is very user friendly, you can customize pretty much everything and there is a lots of articles that makes easy to change things or answer any questions within the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
that is web browser based. I just dont like that I have to rely on web. thats all.

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to log activities and to see how customers progress through campaigns

Hubspot sometimes has reliability issues and goes down.

Hubspot is making it easy to track and see how successful our marketing campaigns are with our customers.
So many features!

The features are endless and even if you arent computer savvy they have a whole library of videos that will show you how to utilize their system.

I would like to see more templates in the marketing hub

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can see anything from a phone call, email or text with a customer no matter who had helped that customer. I also really like that you can see how many times a customer has opened an email that you have sent them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of features and places to look for information, so sometimes it gets clogged up and it is hard to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps make it so everyone has access to the same information. This allows us to to have any team member step in and start helping the customer instead of waiting for the last person who helped them.
Great asset to have alongside CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Have used HS Marketing Hub in a few different business settings and like being able to run campaigns and web presence in the same system i host my CRM for a more complete user experience and overview. It's easy to use for the most part and online help is easy to access in the academy. I would use the system everyday and the dashbaord would be my got to homepage first thing in the morning
What do you dislike about the product?
just my own frustrations when learning new tools or sequences, there can be parts that don't feel as intuitive as i'd like.

i like having all my sales & marketing tools in one place
Wonderful All encompassing CRM and sale management tool
What do you like best about the product?
It really does everything you could ask for and more. Not only does it track your contacts, it also tracks all your sales leads, with financial weight attached so you know how much business you are winning or losing. You then have the ability to generate specific reports to really assist in managing your business through data, not just gut. Its application to run your website so much easier than wordpress especially for smaller updates being completed by a novice. It can also generate and manager email marketing champaigns. It really is the best CRM I've ever used, and it is not overly complicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does so much, you really need to dive in and start using it. If you limit yourself to just the basic collection of contacts or even job management, then you wont get your values for your money. The task management system isn't the best, but its also not the worst I've used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is actually letting us Market our business for the first time ever. Because of its all encompassing nature you have a one stop shop for your marketing and CRM needs, instead of having to access multiple different systems or sites to market/manager your sales business.
