What do you like best about the product?
Functionality, well integrated inside HubSpot hubs, external apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Outlook app logs out after every restart, offering limited functionality compared to the Gmail add-on. Many features are available for just $20 (starter tier), but many more are only available for $1500 per person per month (enterprise), such as setting up websites for two domains.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Amazing Experience and Support!
What do you like best about the product?
Love how easy it is to use and how the marketing content it allows us to provide is professional. We use the marketing hub consistently and have always had great support from Hubspot should we have any questions. It's super easy to integrate into your pre-existing websites, etc. I would use the marketing hub every week no doubt.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have found is that the email marketing template is quite basic, you really have to import everything in from outside hubspot to get a well thought out template. For example there are only about 10 fonts you can use in hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing is helping us to manage the incoming inquiries off our website and by taking the emails and adding them to the marketing email list if the visitor has selected this. Extremely useful that this is done automatically so that when we go to send a marketing email the data base is up to date.

What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot Marketing Hub is very easy to use. Marketing task are mapped out for you on the platform making it easier for users to create fabulous marketing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not have access to all aspects of the platform due to being an intern so I am not sure of anything that I may have disliked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helped the client automate their social media post and keep the campaign organized.

Sequences help connect in personalized form with the customers, potential customers & clients.

Whenever tried to do something new the ugradation of account is required.

I like the amount of information you can gather in Hubspot and the insight it gives you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are restrictions regarding how you can manipulate the data or the posiblities when using the database. Integration is not straightforward. Customer support is not the best.

Reaching out to different clients to cater our services in a more targeted way.

The ability to change templates in the content section, whilst they are easy to use, it would help if we could edit some of the templates.

Easy and simple to learn
What do you like best about the product?
Its simple to integrate accounts to hubspot and set up sequences to direct a customer through a marketing campain. You can set the the timeframe for emails and how often you reach out.

if you have a large team it can become costly quickly

we were looking for a way to simplify customer prospecting and data management around this process. Hubspot allowed us to track everything we needed.

I do not like Hubspot Marketing Hub full stop.

All of it, the layout, the functionality, the colour, the emails the constant ads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its a little bit quicker to search for customers information than searching on the onedrive, like maybe 10 seconds. This accounts for 0.1% of my week.
I use the webphone to log contact info and emails, emails always have to be done manually or they sometimes won't appear and the webphone is constantly having issues so I downloaded it directly to avoid using hubspot as much as possible.
