What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub stands out for its comprehensive all-in-one approach. The platform excels in marketing automation, making it easy to create sophisticated email campaigns and workflows without needing technical expertise. The CMS and landing page builder are particularly intuitive, offering drag-and-drop functionality that saves considerable time. I appreciate how seamlessly it integrates with the CRM, giving us a complete view of our customer journey. The analytics and reporting features provide actionable insights, and the A/B testing capabilities help optimize our campaigns effectively. The template library is extensive, and the SEO tools have significantly improved our content strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be steeper for team members who are new to marketing automation platforms, though HubSpot's extensive documentation helps mitigate this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub solves our core marketing challenges by consolidating email campaigns, CRM, and analytics into one platform. This integration saves us significant time on campaign management and lead nurturing. The automated workflows and drag-and-drop interface make it easy for our team to create and optimize marketing content without technical expertise, while the comprehensive analytics help us make better data-driven decisions.

A lot of new features and just getting better

What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to get rid of so many of our exisiting tech stack. No more WordPress, MailChimp or SEO tools as Hubspot has it all neatly packaged
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features one would expect in the Pro Hub that is locked in Enterprise Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to check our Ad and Social media performance through the entire customer journey. It is especially useful when we can see how much pipeline and revenue each channel has generated.

What do you like best about the product?
Really helped us out seeing where our leads are coming through, FB / Google data is not enough so this helped out a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is steep for premium versions of this tool, if you are working with 100 people it will be costly.

Easy onboarding from scratch

What do you like best about the product?
The setup is quick and easy. From the start all the tools are there to get the basics implemented. The integration with other platforms is seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
To do more advanced setup and implemention is complicated. Many options and settings all over the place. I would like to see more tutorials on this in the academy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling adds to multiple platforms. Reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an all in one platform with a lot of automation features. It has a user friendly design with which we can get comprehensive analytics easily. It has the best customization and personalization features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support and resources might be better that how it is now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has a seamless integration with the other marketing hubs. Comfortable with lead management and lead nurturing where we can assign scores for each lead.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple UI UX, easy to use reliable especially for b2b email marketing. Customer support is really good.

maintaining email list filtering contacts is confusing and not easy.

Powerful emailing tool, it gives authority and reputation to email domain which very crucial.

What do you like best about the product?
The (mostly) easy to understand user-interface, extended and ever evolving functionality as well as the wealth of knowledge in bose it's documentation and the user-groups online. All of this enabled us to self-train our team and even write our own extension
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the upsell policy when it comes to functionality is a bit strange. The Team at HubSpot always has an open ear, if we encounter problems like these.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot offered us an overall powerful solution, enabling us to discontinue the Use of multiple tools

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot is the fact that everything you need to run a business is in one space! Extremely easy to navigate ! Love the software!

I haven't found something that I dislike just yet!

It definitely helps solve the inconvenience of where different things are located by HubSpot having everything in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Hub spot is easy to use, user friendly and gives you the option to email directly from and notes and database, keep contacts and deals seperate very easy to use and navvigate through have found staff helpful and friendly definatly recommend
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation through Hub spot is time consuming you can't stack each contact and go through them quickly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping contacts up too date and emailing from deals any changes made or updates in contact page is directly updated in deals and other pages,
has significant area to hold large amount of notes and any emails recieved information is automatically added

What do you like best about the product?
The tool performs all the necessary features of form submission, email followups , automation, client support features which covers all the requirements for a business.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the tracking code is used in page it takes lot of time to load a website since the request are loaded too early. This affects page speed and core vital score.


It must be done once the user enters the page and any actions are performed like click, scroll or keyboard press.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes easy to collect user information and all in one place. From user first seen page to oringinal source of the user like Google or facebook from where they visited.
