HubSpot Has Made My Business SO MUCH EASIER To Manager!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot is the fact that everything you need to run a business is in one space! Extremely easy to navigate ! Love the software!

I haven't found something that I dislike just yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It definitely helps solve the inconvenience of where different things are located by HubSpot having everything in one place.
Hub spot is good my only qualm is navigating quickly through leads it is more time consuming

Hub spot is easy to use, user friendly and gives you the option to email directly from and notes and database, keep contacts and deals seperate very easy to use and navvigate through have found staff helpful and friendly definatly recommend

Navigation through Hub spot is time consuming you can't stack each contact and go through them quickly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping contacts up too date and emailing from deals any changes made or updates in contact page is directly updated in deals and other pages,

Great tool covering all the requirements
What do you like best about the product?
The tool performs all the necessary features of form submission, email followups , automation, client support features which covers all the requirements for a business.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the tracking code is used in page it takes lot of time to load a website since the request are loaded too early. This affects page speed and core vital score.
It must be done once the user enters the page and any actions are performed like click, scroll or keyboard press.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes easy to collect user information and all in one place. From user first seen page to oringinal source of the user like Google or facebook from where they visited.
Very Easy to use system even for non-marketing people
What do you like best about the product?
If you're wanting to get marketing emails done in an easy way, HubSpot is the way to go. My company is using HubSpot to manage all newsletters, email templates, sign-up forms and it's very easy to do.
The user interface is so easy to understand with so many hint and navigation to make sure that you're not skipping any important steps. On top of that, HubSpot provides the best supports in case you are stuck with something. I often use the knowledge base and would sometimes have a chat with a HubSpot customer service reps to troubleshoot something.
Overall the system is very good: easy to use, great supports, and can do all of your email marketing management in one place

What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that are not available unless you pay for an upgrade. Things such as adding branches to a form, advanced automation/workflow, and some reporting features. I hope that more of these features can be made readily available in the future.

I started creating records of new clients from day 1. I use it everyday to keep track of my pending projects and the stage they are. It's easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflows and sequences are only available on higher levels of paid suscriptions. There are other many restrictions even when I'm paying for the starter level both those two are the ones I would use the most.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves a lot of time by importing the information from our inquiry form directly in to a new customer record. Then I can link new deals to each customer and keep track of them.

The platform is user-friendly and reasonably affordable. It provides peace of mind by allowing me to avoid the hassle of meticulously tracking small details, which is not my strength. Additionally, it has been helpful in tracking opportunities, strengths, weaknesses, and threats related to our email marketing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish their products weren’t “either/or.” It would be fantastic to customize the platform to suit each business’s unique needs and goals. For example, if I want to set up workflows, I would have to switch to a different product and spend thousands more each month. There’s no middle ground. That said, I recognize that I can’t be too picky, and I’m grateful that this technology is available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot offers me a central location to efficiently store client information and analytics. It integrates with nearly every platform and program we use, which is significant because it saves us time on mundane data entry tasks. To be completely honest, I find HubSpot's data management capabilities to be more reliable, productive, and cost-effective than my experience with human staff managing the same information.

What do you like best about the product?
Once you get the gist of it, HubSpot is easy for tracking projects, logging time and organizing. I like the integrations with Slack and other software that makes it easier to use and save time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took longer to really figure out how to use HubSpot than I imagined it would. Could use a better and easier interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing multiple client projects and tracking time on them. Hubspot's integrations automate certain tasks that would have taken longer.

Plainly, it just works. Straightforward to pick up and get immediate value out of without voluminous config or teams of support personnel.

Honestly, nothing that is top of mind. Very happy with the experience thus far (6mo+).
