Easy to use and Navigate
What do you like best about the product?
What I love is how user friendly it was. I know it had a tutorial on how to use it but I skipped it and was able to navigate it very easily like yes it has a tutorial which is a plus but right out of the box it was easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about it is that you clump people into businesses. I have met other people that work in the same business and it would be good if you can clump them all into one business so they're easy to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to follow up prospects but also keep prospects for future collaboration projescts or future sales.
The All in one tool for a business
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to integrate with Clarity to understand website conversions flow & user interaction its one of the most valuable things of this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Importing external data from sources like Google drive to create specific reports would be an awesome feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has it all, from creating campaigns from the same platform, creating automations for conversions in forms or user flow analysis for new contacts. I love this tool.
Great Marketing CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot serves as an all-in-one solution for marketers to track their activities, contacts, and workflows. They have extremely helpful and extensive documentation, and their customer support is always available to help troubleshoot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that you can not send transactional emails (let's say, an automated operational email to customers informing them of product downtime) unless you pay a substantial amount of money to have this as an add-on. They nickle and dime you with upsells to access key features that should be standard place in a marketing hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating registration pages, tracking our list of prospects and current clients, creating lead gen forms for the website, and tracking audience stats.

It's easy and doesn't make you spread thin with tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are costs associated with certain additional features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our email system is 10x better with marketing hub. It automates a lot and creates templates for us to move faster each time.

Easy to create and send out newsleter, as well as creating landing pages

Too expensive to upgrade to "social" for a one-man company

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's marketing hub operates on a single code base with its crm and service hub. The true power of HubSpot is with all these business units operating in the systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a jack of all trades but master of none, with critical pieces missing. E.g: - the ability to view personalised emails that have been sent.

Would like to see a bit more competitive offerings especially when it comes to SMS.

Easy to use for marketers
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's intuitive and there are a lot of automation tools to leverage. I use the chat support feature a lot and it's usually very fast and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the reporting is a little difficult to use. I think the AI tool has helped a bit, but it's still not the easiest. Also attribution reporting should be accessible for everyone not just enterprise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides an all-in-one platform and streamlines things like social media and email marketing. It saves me very valuable time when I can automate things for myself and our sales team.
Marketing & Sales in one platform
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a great tool for B2B marketers - I've been using it for close to 10 years. It combines Sales and Marketing into one seamless platform that allows for both business units to work side-by-side in a cohesive and transparent environment. They also have very good customer support - they are responsive to problems and highly knowledgeable. Hubspot can be pricey for new customers, but it's not nearly as pricey as Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest complaint with Hubspot is reporting. They have a reporting suite but getting basic reports always seems more cumbersome than it should be. I also think they could do a far better job with lead scoring to compete with Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is helps our marketing team create campaigns that we can launch as one-off (like newsletters) as well as campaigns for our sales team (like account based marketing sequences/drip campaigns).
Awesome Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
All in one CRM with analytics! The number of features exceeds anything else out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the cost because I use it for the business that pays me, however, I can't afford it as a small business owner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping sales leads engaged and following them through the sales cycle.
