Great all in one system for basic use cases
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it has basic functionality across most areas of marketing - email automation, blogs, landing pages, forms, etc. It's a good starter platform if you don't have a complex use case or a dedicated team to managed multiple specialized platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how HubSpot nickle and dimes you for additional functionality. It can get very expensive quickly. There are also some glaring gaps in the platform, like social scheduling future drafted blog posts and ease of use with Landing Page design. Support has also gone downhill over the years. I suspect it is more bot driven and less human experts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a marketing automation platform to pull all of our efforts into one system. This allows for speed (deployment of programs/campaigns) and better reporting/analytics.

Integrations, it centralized my work in one place

It's price, bit expensive for a start up
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tech support for my dashboard user, HubSpot chat flow automated it completely
A complete CRM with a lot of functionalities and super user friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
The perfect integration with other components (we are happy users of Sales Hub) and the simple flow to create content to nurture prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing tiers are not simple to master, and the price is quite high for a small number of contacts

Creating automation to nurture prospects

What do you like best about the product?
The email marketing platform is very helpful and easy to use with drag and drop.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides include having to pay an outrageous amount to utilize the drip campaign options. I also am not familiar with how to adjust landing page url options. It is not as user friendly as the rest of the options inside the marketing platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to review the analytics with emails we send. It benefits us to help us determine the 'right recipe' for customer engagement.
It does everything I need. I love Hubspot

The integration to the CRM I find most useful.

Well I would like to have the CMS included and more functionalities. I would like to be able to scale now with Hubspot but am held back because of the cost.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot puts critical tools for client management, sales, and marketing all in one easy to use environment, allowing users to get more out of their entire funnel. With great customer service and constant helpful updates, the platform stays relevant -- I have worked on it across more than a decade.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some bumps with website integration if you aren't on the HubSpot CMS, which I haven't heard great feedback on.
