Great UI and Ease of Use for CRM Platform
What do you like best about the product?
UI, workflow capabilities, record page layouts, property field history on all properties
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting capabilities are limited, Salesforce integration has a couple flaws, capabilities for merging duplicates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Website form capture, marketing automation, data management, data flow

It is very tidy on how the Platforms is organized with all their different tools.

Nothing, although to someone not experienced in CRMs maybe it can be overwhelming

Organizing all my clients data and info.
Easy to use but still effective.

The ease of use is my favorite thing! I can always find what I need, makes for a seamless workflow and I never have to worry about it's reliability.

It does have a lot of updates but I guess that means they are staying current

Connecting with clients in a meanigful way.
Stellar option, better than competition
What do you like best about the product?
Straighforward application that makes integration and tracking easier than the competitor applications. I use the website and applications daily to assist in sales focuses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dislike the term "deals" for campaigns. Hubspot is setup to track individual sales opportunities and less so for recurring sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Distributions lists and targeted groups for deal tracking

We like the overall functionality of HubSpot Marketing Hub. It allows us to do pretty much all of the basic marketing functions we need.

I feel that interface can be a bit confusing at times.

It allows our employees and contractors to manage our leads, customers and former customers with marketing messages and product updates.

It is easy to adapt and ajust depending on needs of usability, so nothing to complain about.

Organizing tasks, customer experience and being more efficient.
Integrated data makes it easy to target your market
What do you like best about the product?
Having marketing software that shares all of the same data with sales, CS, and CX means that we can have incredibly targeted marketing campaigns. The data is up to date, and leads that are created from marketing can get sent to sales immediately with a full buffet of historical and important information.
It's very easy to create pieces for a new campaign and with some tweaking, we have a straightforward and easy to understand attribution metric.
HubSpot works well with our own product due to its incredible api setup, too.

What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot can't do everything. Some social channels aren't available and out of the box properties or options don't give us the custom reporting we need in our complex business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps us solve the problem of reaching the right people with the right message. This allows us to target different segments of our market and customer based with cusomtized and tailored messaging that is important to them.

Good PLatform for many different business

It intergrates different data points into 1 location

Importing data took some time and numerous attempts to get it to pars into the right places

we work in construction field and have projects that overlap with different companies and contact people so this allows us to intergrate all that iformation into 1 place

HubSpot makes running my business so easy, from creating forms to landing pages to emails, I trust that things will get done as they should.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any downsides to using HubSpot so far
