Great Product for Today
What do you like best about the product?
Simple, easy effective and great platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as well-known as some, but it does the job
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time and organizination; I have all my lists better organized and at my finger tips in one place
Hubspot is the ONLY Marketing Tool I'd Sign My Name To
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub is not only well built, but also intuitive. You also have access to the Hubspot Academy to become an expert. I've been a user of Hubspot's suite of tools for over a decade and continue to advise my portfolio companies that this is where they should build their GTM strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I suppose there is some difficulty in clarifying some attribution pieces between sales and marketing since Sales Hub and Marketing Hub generally don't report together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Marketing Hub simplifies and streamlines marketing campaign building and tracking across orgs.
Easy to use + quick to set up + fully featured = godsend for a solo founder startup
What do you like best about the product?
Comprehensive set of features that makes it easy for me to set up my business. I did it in less than 2 weeks by myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price gap between Starter and Professional tiers is crazy prohibitive for me unless hit all my growth targets for the next 12 months. So, I am locked out of features that I'd love to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows me to set up my web and mobile experiences and automate conversion events like Meeting Scheduling and Email Address Capture. I also like that it can be an all-in-one commerce platform when I am ready to turn on my subscriptions.
HubSpot is a Game-Changer
What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive it is to use! It's not overwhelming.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the deal and the contact sides looked different. Sometimes I get confused on what page I am looking at.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us make custom customer journeys and keep track of people well!
Great but I would love a better mapping / route creation option

sequences have been very helpful to engage customers. It is easy to add customers contacts, I like the scan business card option. Customer support is great. Out company uses this platform daily, and it is very easy to implement new users and integrate

I wish there was a better platform for route creation/ mapping

A lot of great functionality: integrations with ad platforms that are one-click, full funnel visibility, easy to build reports, dashboards for checking daily, weekly and monthly stats, forecasting, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to note. Hubspot is great. I'm surprised when I hear people are using something else by choice.

Hubspot makes it easy to see what is happening with prospective users and companies across our website and webapp. Finding data is simple. Generating visualizations is straight forward.
Flexible and Easy to Use While Handling Complex Needs
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to design a marketing email - it's even easier if you've saved your favorites as email templates that can be used over and over as starting points. Our marketing team loves the all-in-one solution where they can manage a full web based and email based campaign. We need a variety of different subscriptions types and recently, HubSpot made it possible to hide subscriptions from certain groups of people so each persona only sees the relevant subscriptions to them! I'll be a HubSpot fan forever!
What do you dislike about the product?
Until HubSpot launched the subscription visibilty rules, it was a little challenging to hide things that should be considered a subscription, but now that they've launched that, marketing hub is even more useful to our team. It's been a while since I've played with the calendar for scheduling social posts. I know it's come a long way but I think there are still channels or types of media that can't be put on the editorial calendar. It would be great if ALL types of media for campaigns or just one-off blasts could be scheduled there so a team can make strategic plans for additional needs that come up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to store a wide variety of contacts and do different types of outreach, track engagement and use that to inform our service and support we provide when people reach out with support ticket requests. It has streamlined all our marketing efforts and needs in one place.
