What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive and just want we need at the moment. Easy to use, especially building our website.
Integrating apps and stuff like slack has been easy as well.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have a consolidated CRM and marketing platform is huge. There's a great amount of inbuilt functionality to allow for automation of campaigns and follow up activities
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a few areas where it is somewhat frustrating to discover the need to upgrade from the pro to the enterprise level licensing which is a bit of a kick in the teeth when you are already paying for a premium product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Issue of managing disparate disconnected systems I.e separate crm to marketing engine

Possibility to integrate full sales strategies from marketing content to lead closing

Lack of personalization feature in dashboards, properties formula not so standard (excel, Google sheet syntax)

Its flexible and has many options. Free to start but recommended a paid plan.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to automate and segment communications based on specific actions or triggers. It saves me a ton of time. It was also super simple to set up and intergrate with existing tools like Calendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything. It's been a great experience.

As a solopreneur, HubSpot is saving me time and providing valuable insights to help with customer aquisition and engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
Organized tasks and reminders. Sequences to automate emails. Robust and dynamic reporting. Templates, documents and content. Mulitple pipelins for different priorities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a show stopper, but I didn't like when the moved the navigation from the top to the left of the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We serve ads directly to social platforms that drive potential clients to our website where they fill out forms generated from Hubspot and go through work flows to become active leads for our sales team.
