Good product, intuitive and useful
What do you like best about the product?
They have a lot of tools that make it easy. I believe its best if you don't have your own website already, or work with the integration from Wordpress. I used it during with an intern over a month, the intern easily created assets quickly using the AI tools. I didn't need the customer support because the online resources answered all my questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's challenging to implement the domain name, and that can mess up your existing site if you don't do it right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remixing content for different platforms and utilizing the content I already have better. SEO Optimized blog posts.
A life saver for a one man band business
What do you like best about the product?
Having the HubSpot Marketing Hub is like have a swiss army knife in the wild. You get a full wheel house of marketing tools that are connected so you get a holistic approach to your marketing initiatives. You can pull more in-depth reports giving you a more precise idea of what is working and what needs to be optimised
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too many downsides but as a relatively new user I would say the less desirable things are that, there is limited customisations of certain features such as the invoices and emails. If you are not very technical and able to insert your own code, this can be limiting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a solopreneur with no team at my disposal, being able to set and automate a lot of my marketing activities has been game changing. The biggest solution it offers for me, is creating my website and landing pages centrally from HubSpot. With a wide range of templates and customisation, this has streamlined my customer journey and lead generation tasks.

HubSpot has been a LifeSaver
What do you like best about the product?
Using HubSpot for marketing emails, blogs for our website, and CRM, has been incredibly easy. Keeping everything in one location, being able to come back to it and knowing it is kept safe in my HubSpot Marketing Hub has been such a great way to stay on top of my work. I was able to easily sync my email through Microsoft Office 365 with HubSpot, it took only a few steps and an hour or so. Now I am able to send multiple emails and the recipients know it is coming from me. When I need to look up a contact to get5 their information, I go to my HubSpot Marketing Hub. When I need to send or schedule emails with links and ways to track what my contacts are in to, I use my Hubspot Marketing Hub. It is absolutely necessary for me to be able to go back and see what potential customers find useful, and what did not attract their interests in my emails; and with my HubSpot Marketing Hub, I can analyze all of that. Anytime I don't know how to do something, I reach out to the HubSpot team and they are able to help guide me with support that I can follow. I just now found the "Forms" under "Marketing" section and I will find that very helpful. I look forward to using those more, along with all the other handy tools that are available. HubSpot is a managing software that I use everyday and I would be lost without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much to my HubSpot Marketing Hub, it really takes time to get used to it all. I have had it for almost a year now and I still am only working in a few areas. There is still so much left to explore! I am looking forward to looking more into the Commerce section. I think it will be very handy to have all of those things in one place in my HubSpot Marketing Hub and I am interested to find out more about it and play around with it a little bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a brand new product launch, a product outside of the norm of our day-to-day business. I am managing the marketing and the selling of the product, so I really needed an implement that could help me keep track of everything. I had to have a way to send all of my potential customers the same marketing emails and know who received it and how it helped them. Not only am I able to keep my contacts together, but I can also CREATE my marketing emails in my HubSpot Marketing Hub. HubSpot Marketing Hub has really nice templates for emails and an email builder that makes it so easy! Now, I am working on creating a blog for our website, Finding that was like icing on the cake.
Grow with the platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love HubSpot's innovation. It's not uncommon for me to think, "I wish it could do X," only to discover a new beta feature the next day that does exactly what I need the platform to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model is becoming increasingly unreasonable. As they shift focus toward the enterprise market, they are sidelining small businesses in pursuit of larger profits, straying from their original mission of serving their core customer base of small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a one stop shop that brings together the tools and the data to be an effective marketer.

It's much simpler and easier to use. I love how easy it is to manage campaigns, track performance, reporting, etc.

Email limitations could be improved at the current cost.

In one sentence - It makes my job easier.THe customizable reporting provides valuable insights, helping us make data-driven decisions and optimize our strategies.
Easy to use and ideal for small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to set up and for those parts which you are unsure about, there is ample documentation and free courses to assist you in your HubSpot journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing in the upper tiers can get expensive vs the features you are getting.

It helps to bring together sales into your marketing management

I love that I can send an email and not have to do read receipts becaue HubSpot alerts me when my clients open them. I also love having all contact information, contact notes and emails in one spot! As a Business Development Manager it keeps me much more organized. Thank you for this service!

I have yet to find anything that I dislike about it.

Since using HubSpot I can keep all contact information in one place. This includes visit notes, phone call notes, emails, addresses and client contact information.
Hubspot is THE CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a very user-friendly platform. We run a major email marketing business, with over 150,000 subscribers and it was getting hard to manage our clients and their contracts. Hubspot was the saving grace when we finally found them 2 years ago! Not only that, but it is very customizable, and integrates beautifully into our WordPress website, and there are so many features we haven't even started utilizing yet so the options are endless!
What do you dislike about the product?
The email marketing side of Hubspot is a bit expensive, so we do not use that feature. I also wish they had a better survey feature as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our CRM issue, as well as our execution/completion of marketing contracts. It is very easy for us to determine if a contract has been fulfilled, and to see the history of the client.
