Grow with the platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love HubSpot's innovation. It's not uncommon for me to think, "I wish it could do X," only to discover a new beta feature the next day that does exactly what I need the platform to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model is becoming increasingly unreasonable. As they shift focus toward the enterprise market, they are sidelining small businesses in pursuit of larger profits, straying from their original mission of serving their core customer base of small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a one stop shop that brings together the tools and the data to be an effective marketer.

What do you like best about the product?
It's much simpler and easier to use. I love how easy it is to manage campaigns, track performance, reporting, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email limitations could be improved at the current cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In one sentence - It makes my job easier.THe customizable reporting provides valuable insights, helping us make data-driven decisions and optimize our strategies.
Easy to use and ideal for small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to set up and for those parts which you are unsure about, there is ample documentation and free courses to assist you in your HubSpot journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing in the upper tiers can get expensive vs the features you are getting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to bring together sales into your marketing management

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can send an email and not have to do read receipts becaue HubSpot alerts me when my clients open them. I also love having all contact information, contact notes and emails in one spot! As a Business Development Manager it keeps me much more organized. Thank you for this service!

I have yet to find anything that I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since using HubSpot I can keep all contact information in one place. This includes visit notes, phone call notes, emails, addresses and client contact information.
Hubspot is THE CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a very user-friendly platform. We run a major email marketing business, with over 150,000 subscribers and it was getting hard to manage our clients and their contracts. Hubspot was the saving grace when we finally found them 2 years ago! Not only that, but it is very customizable, and integrates beautifully into our WordPress website, and there are so many features we haven't even started utilizing yet so the options are endless!
What do you dislike about the product?
The email marketing side of Hubspot is a bit expensive, so we do not use that feature. I also wish they had a better survey feature as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our CRM issue, as well as our execution/completion of marketing contracts. It is very easy for us to determine if a contract has been fulfilled, and to see the history of the client.

Hubspot is the spot for me.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way I can email clients, call clients, schedule tasks for myself and for other employees with ease. The integrations hubspot has with CRM's is also phenomenal. I love that I can track marketing contacts including see what percentage of marketing contacts open the emails, how many are bots, how many skimmed the emials, and how many bounced. I like that I can track how many times a client opened an email because it shows their level of interest. I like that I can merge clients and save them to specific companies with the ease of pointing and clicking. I like that I can track all my emails and calls every day to see how I am performing. I like that I get notifications when clients open a recently sent email. I like that I can integrate my gmail account with it so whenever I send an email to someone not already saved in my Hubspot client bank, hubspot will automaitcally add them and task them as a marketing contact. I like that I can email all the contacts of any company from one screen rather than having to find each and every one of their employees individually. I like that I can change the contact owner of each client to someone else if needed. I like that I can make my own templates for emails and save them privately or make them public for anyone in the company to use. I pretty much have nothing bad to say about Hubspot because the software is amazing and I have had zero issues with them in the almost 2 years I've been using them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue I have is that I cant integrate seamlessly without permission from the admin account which makes things a littel bit more difficult than I would like but its cool. I get paid by the hour, pay me more to do the job that would be faster if I was allowed integrations. The one thing I wish was free or part of the package I have is, I would love to know who is looking up services like the ones we offer so I could reach out to them and maybe enhance my growth potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is solving all the automation of having to be reminded of who to email and call and when. it also tracks what emails I have sent, conversations had as a result of the emials, and tracks the contact legitimacy.

There are a lot of things which I like most about the house sports CRM helps like all in one track home which combines email marketing social media SCO off of different stuff helps to integrate CRM reporting is also one of the best feature of hotspot

High cost that you With bad customer support. Also, it can be simplify more for the best use of functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hotspot solve a lot of problem while doing a marketing stuff like Account tracking create an executive marketing strategies. It Helps to build the personalized campaign and show the marketing efforts contribute to the business group.

I like how easy it makes it to track and monitor my campaigns while accessing insights and analytics,
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX is a little difficult but CS helps with that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing makes tracking attribution and marketing analytics that much easier so I can maintain a healthy pipeline.

I love the emails that remind me to follow up with my customers. Has allowed me to capture more business.

I have nothing to dislike/report at this time.

We input all of our contacts and that flows over to the Hubspot deals.
