Marketing Hub-loving it!

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub's CRM is a great solution for our small digital marketing company. We love using it to be able to keep up with our clients and their services.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the reporting were a little more robust, but we have found work around and it's great for us!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM is allowing us to keep all of the information we need about clients at our fingertips. It makes my job easier as the information is readily available to the entire team, not just to me.

What do you like best about the product?
I think it has most of the tools you would want to scale any business. I like how anything I don't know how to do I can easily search for, so it is very much self service. It's not complicated to implement, but it is time consuming. Customer support is better than a lot fo systems. I use it pretty much every day. Integrations are also easy plug and play. I think it's easy to use and adapt to as well, whether or not you are a CRM expert or first time user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Little things like not being able to see a report of people contacted and reached without upgrading my plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engaging with customers and prospects and understanding how they engage with our brand

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot marketing hub makes my life as a BD professional so much easier as it's easy to use, I can create my own campaigns, and also ask for help when it comes to integrations with more direction as I understand it. It's also fun to use on the day to day when it comes to making sure I am doing the best outreach possible to my prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really anything negative to say beyond maybe having more L&D self taught courses or something so that I can learn how to use it even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me build and enable sequences at scale for enterprise customers. As I hate doing things super manually.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple and intuitive interface makes figuring out what you need easy and quick. Good documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not bad, but not industry leading email designer. Would be nice to have more dark mode control (I know this is tricky), and more flexibility for raw code. Pasting in text isn't great a lot of times. Mobile and dekstop version visibility would also be a nice feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating marketing tasks and managing leads/pipeline.

The tips and how to guides, it's like we have a permanent coach!

the cost to jump to the next level, is restrictive for us as a busienss and is potentially holding us back from growth.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, especially on the go. The calling features alone are worth it!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's meant for SAAS and doesn't work the best for repeat business, specifically the hub. That is our largest issue that we have!

Also would like to see more AI integration with recognizing subject lines/emails for deals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've struggled to track internally via a proper CRM and marketing platform - this has changed the game for us for analytics and especially for missed opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
The cost and ease of use and integration are the most important attributes of using Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
My overall experience, and customer service has been great. If I could change anything I wish there was a way to easily save T&C's for future quotes.

What do you like best about the product?
An all in one platform that can handle email, website, and social marketing is exactly what we were looking for. The integrated tools make it easy to track campaign performance and deliver high quality content to users. Plus, the tracking features on email and web give us a better picture of who our audience is and how to optimize campaigns towards them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web development tool is restrictive at times if you are someone with limited knowledge of writing HTML.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is rolling our HIPAA compliant features that help us as a healthcare organization ensure that user data is secure and compliant with HHS regulations. The feature is not a complete solution yet, but is steps in the right direction.
