What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use, have only ever used Hubspot and would be lost without it.

Some features look a bit outdated such as the deal view.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how clear the format is on HubSpot. It's concise, clear, and easy to navigate between different pages you need to access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating specific conditional properties can be tricky and not very easy to set up using the guides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us work better with clients that otherwise we'd only be tracking through data sheets.

Nothing to dislike, it's affordable and easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the native newsletter builder features and the new feature that shows the open rate without bots, and overall the performance page for newsletters is easy to use. The forms builder page is easy to use and integrates well with our website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the different marketing lists confusing at least at a small company. It's not that easy to resend the newsletter to people whose email has bounced once its fixed – this takes too many steps.

Easy to use and navigate. As an admin it is easy to manage users as well

At times, looking up processes can be tedious so it is easier to reach out to support for assistance.

Sequencing of emails, make it easy to get all emails out on time.

I've encountered multiple issues multiple times specially with the call feature.

It allows us to do tasks in one platform and connect with all customers via different channels.

What do you like best about the product?
So much more customization and it simply works better. The integrations are top notch and the interface works so well.

I don't have any complaints. Everything is easy to see and understand

I use it as a CRM. I manage all customer data with it

I'm not sure there are any downsides, there are probably lots of features we never use.

It's solves any duplication issues and provides us a very good tracking system for leads or past leads.
