I thought the Hubspot platform was amazing but then I was duped into leaving a review!!

What do you like best about the product?
Though Hubspot makes it easy to manage my client relationships and files, to offer a gift card for $25 to leave a review and then say it was limited was very unprofessional and made me realize the for the price we are paying to use the Hubspot CRM, to not honor a $25 offer is a joke. My whole perception of Hubspot changed!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Except honor the offers you make on promotions you advertise!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me stay in touch with my clients and build a rapport while trying to understand there probate case.

What do you like best about the product?
Our team uses the software to handle inbound sales effectively. It helps with all the stages of the sales life cycle. We have also started using their CSP, which helps us analyse the users' lifecycle within our platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
With all the features available the platform feels a bit overwhelming to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep track of the inbound sales for our company. It is easy to move a potential customer through the sales lifecycle

Hubspot great for Gmail but Not for Outlook Users

What do you like best about the product?
When I worked in Google I loved the seamlessness of keeping track of what you were sending out as everything was automatic and phenominal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not using it anymore. It is not an automatic link with email with Outlook. I have to keep opening hubspot and it takes up a lot of my space in outlook and I have to work around it. It's not easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now, it's not. I am actually suggesting we find another program.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeping track of all the communications including quick emails, seeing clicks and opens and other ways of interaction is huge with this platform. Staying organized is key to generating solid revenues and keeping customers coming in the door. Fortune is in the follow up and this tool allows for the right configuration of touches to keep a prospect warm until they are ready to have a serious interaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be some disconnect between Contacts, Companies, Deals where data does not flow thrpough to the others and somehting like a Task is not applied to all 3 pilars. This automation should work better without having to pay a Hubspot expert to craft the integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simply organization of touches and way of interaction. I like to see messages going out and what was opened and clicked on.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot empowers me to take action on potential new upsell leads with my clients. The reporting features gives me insight into what our clients are clicking on. There's not a single email from HubSpot's Marketing Hub that I don't check because I know it gives me valuable insight into what tools of our suite matter to our clients. I am able to quickly follow up with clients thanks to this feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get multiple emails from the HubSpot forms in one email thread while other times it hits my inbox as individual emails, and sometimes both. This can be a bit overwhelming. I wish it would consistently hit my inbox in one email thread for the same topic/link tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having insight into what products are important to our clients. Being able to know what people are clicking on is hugely valuable so as a CSM, I can follow up with them.

What do you like best about the product?
Pound for pound the best tools for marketing the industry has to offer, extremely intuitive design with a platform to support learning through HubSpot Academy. It is integrated smoothly with a ton of technologies including Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Leveraging an existing large mailing list is costly for email marketing, and the new Seat requirement was a huge downgrade for people that do not have legacy accounts before the change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently it houses all our data and provides an easy to navigate screen for the team to see how the website is doing through reports. We outsource to Constant Contact to perform email marketing at a lower cost.

Using the deals dashboard to track progress of deals.

I wish there was more customization to the deals on the dashboard. Like changing colors of the deals or something.
