What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, tracks data and manages it well
What do you dislike about the product?
They can have a more fast responding customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps my organization in tracking and managing the large amount of client data (names, email, numbers, etc)

What do you like best about the product?
In my case as a designer I can improve in email marketing and design new templates that can use in various environments of every client that we had.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a designer in the area of email marketing and lading pages there are many of limitations that we can handle it, so it could be dificult in some cases when we want to try new designs. Also is not too easy to use in the beggining and you need to know some of knowledge of html and css.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my area HubSpot helps us to build landing pages, thank you pages, blogs and e-mail marketing to the CRM of our costumers, solves problems as templates easy to handle and customize (when you know alredy how to use).

I like how it can integrate various team functions right from marketing and sales and provide a seamless experience in delivering that to the customer

Nothing to dislike. It really is a powerful and intuitive tool that combines efforts of diferent teams under one CRM with scalable solutions

What do you like best about the product?
Using Hubspot as a Marketing Automation platform is a seamless experience. From creating landing pages and emails to reporting and creating lists. I usually compare other platforms to the features I'm able to use in Hubspot

There are very nuanced things like being able to sync to and SFDC campaign from a list.

Housing our inbound leads and being able to market back to them

What do you dislike about the product?
They continue to expand their features, but we have to upgrade our plan to use many of them. It's not in the budget to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use a lot of the automation and workflows within HubSpot. This helps us work smarter, not harder.
Long time user, first time angry
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Hubspot Marketing Hub for years. I have loved Hubspot and all that it offers for my 1 person business. Storing contacts in my CRM, sending monthly newsletters, creating forms, creating tasks, creating a deal funnel. It's just what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately they are not very helpful to loyal customers. Turns out I have been paying for 3 core seats for years and I only needed 1 core seat. Nobody brought this to my attention so I've been overcharged hundreds of dollars. To make matters worse, I needed to upgrade to the Customer Hub Platform (1 core seat) yet they don't allow that so I need to go with 3 core seats until next year!! Madness. It just doesn't make sense. I'm so used to great customer service from other SaaS platforms and companies (it's 2024 for goodness sake!) and this feels like they're nickle and diming me for no good reason.

makes it easy to keep track of business contacts and keeping up the relationships.

It's easy to use, the overal functionality is sufficient for our types of activities

Analytics could have been better, also automation possibilities are quite limited

The email tracking and logging features is incredibly useful for our sales team, as it allows us to follow at the right time. Additionally, the seamless integration with other HubSpot features has made our processes more efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that some of our team members have had issues with the Outlook extension no working consistently, which interrupts our workflow occasionally.

Enhancing lead nurturing by identifying which content and interactions resonate most with leads at different stages of the buyer's journey. Using multi-touch attribution models to account for the complexity of modern customer journeys. Tracking ROI activities, insight reports, and campaign impacts on the bottom line makes it easier to strategize for future projects.
